I haven’t had a bad experience at Warwick Nails before. Unfortunately, today, I did. I can see they’ve hired new staff. I came in with the intention of getting a gel French pedicure. The man, when trying to get the old gel polish off my nails, burned me with the drill, twice. He continued to use it even after I winced and my feet jerked away from. Nobody should ever be harmed when paying for a service. And if that’s the case, then waivers need to be given out. I was going in expecting to relax and instead I was stressed.
I don’t blame this man, I imagine he’s been given barely any training and was just thrown into the lion’s den, but it is unfortunate, especially since pedicures aren’t cheap. He also could not perform the white line required for a French pedicure so I had to scrap that idea and keep the base only, again, not what I wanted. I believe I was still charged for the French pedicure too, which makes this even more frustrating.

Left here feeling the same ”why did I bother coming here” energy as per usual. Having the owner do your nails gets you no perks or quality service. I sat for 35 minutes waiting for a gel manicure. Then sat in his chair for maybe 15 minutes - half of which was interrupted by phone calls. I can’t tell you if he even looked at me or my nails at all. The experience was very transactional. No customer service whatsoever. Then went to my car and filed all the spots that were missed. If my nails last more than a few days, I’ll be surprised.

I would give a 0 if I could. The guy answering the phone kept taking more appointments while people were waiting more than an hour to even get started. When I was sat to get a mani-pedi I discussed the price with the woman working with me. I was paying for myself and two daughters. They charged me 10 dollars x 3 more than price discussed before service. I told the woman ringing me up about the price I was quoted, but she insisted this was the price. All of the services were cut short because there was a line of people waiting for over an hour.

Came as a walk in and they took us after we shopped around for 30 mins next door. They did an amazing job on my nails, holographic powder turned out so well. I think this place could use a clean up though, everything was covered in a layer of dust.

I have been going to Warwick nails for two years. I’m always treated so well when I am there. My nail technician is Brenda and she does an amazing job. I absolutely would give more than five stars if I could.

I really wish she cleaned up the underneath of my nails better and wiped off the nail polish that was stuck on some of my fingers. I asked her to thin them out so they weren’t so chunky but unfortunately to my liking they’re still a bit too thick and not the right shape of what I asked.

I’ve been getting my dip nails done here for about 3 months now and always leave happy! Jason does an amazing job (always) and the prices are reasonable for the area.

The gel pedicure was ok BUT, the man that did my pedicure DID NOT change the towel or the plastic covering the foot sink. There were toenails from the previous customer on the towel he told me to put my feet on. Absolutely disgusting. I asked him to please get a clean towel and to change the plastic cover in the foot sink, which he did not without an attitude of being bothered by my requests. On top of that, there’s a $10 extra charge for gel polish that is not listed on the price list. I didn’t get the foot massage or moisturizer included with the standard pedicure. I don’t recommend this place nor will be going back.
