4/8/24 Fries, & big mac were barely warm, fish was warm. I even called this McDonald's b4 placing order and asked that they prepare all my food fresh & hot, especially the fries. Male could care less, advised I'll throw in extra ketchup like that would help with cold fries!!! Paid for large drink received medium, with hardly any ice in it... just overall unsatisfactory. Delivery items should always be prepared fresh & very hot so they are still hot upon delivery. I live less than 1.5 miles from this McDonald's, driver was prompt but did take long way to my house. $28 for cold food is just completely unacceptable!!!!! McDonald's & grub hub both need to do much better to resolve this ongoing issue ? customer recourse is to dispute charges with credit card company & receive credit for cold, disgusting food. Will McDonald's care, no! Will grubhub care, no! It's a sad uncaring world, no one has any desire to perform their job well, give good customer service, resolve issues promptly.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped accessable parking and an entrance with the sidewalk cut down so a wheelchair or walker can get inside.

Went in for a quick bite and had an employee who was just rude, unprofessional, and didn't want to spend time dealing with customers. No smile, no nothing. When food was up, they yelled out order, and you had to go up and get it. Not long ago, they would bring out your order to you. Makes no sense.....if you place an order with a kiosk, you get a number, and they bring food to your table. You order from an employee directly they don't bring the food to you.... talk about not doing much for your wage. Customer service absolutely is on the brink of distinction.

Messed up my order the first time and when I came back to get the missing item from my order, I asked for a of cup mac sauce. When given the missing item they put Mac Sauce in a nugget container.

I am a huge fan of McDonald's french fries and I am extremely disappointed. This is the 7th time we have ordered from them and when the order is delivered there is always something missing. I can't blame the dasher because McDonald's always seals their bags so the dasher is unable to verify that the order is complete.Very disappointed
