When I was working at Uncle’s Printing shop and come here to cash checks and attend to other business staffing was always friendly and helpful and very professional. “I've been a chase customer for years, over that time I've had to ask some questions and ask for service on my account. What I have learned is that washingtonville branch is the hands down the most friendly bank I've been in past 10 years. Can't say the other chase banks have been the same and I travel 5 days a week so I've been to a few safe to say. Amazing how you get treated differently when walking in wearing work clothes and dirty and than try again in go to dinner clothes. Seems if you come In lunch time and you look like your working you should be treated the same. That's how that money gets to the bank for them to use.”
