CVS in Washingtonville, NY the staff are always helpful & caring Today, Gabriella was very considerate after a customer before me at the register cough all over. She immediately cleaned & sterilized the counter. Thank you Gabriella for stopping those germs.

I went into the store to buy something the girl asked the guy before me to use his rewards number to check for any coupons when it is my turn I ask can she let me put in my number for the rewards (she never asked me ) she said it will not allow her to go back to that screen I highly doubt that.

Terrible service worst pharmacy ever the my prescription is usually there for days the day I decide to pock it up I wait on a long line and they tell me 20 minutes so I have to wait 20 minutes and get back on line I'm done with this pharmacy

I got a text to say my medication was ready for pickup. When I got there I was told to go to the other window to give them my insurance card which I did. I was then told there was a problem with my card (every other pharmacy has done the insurance check before they tell you your medication is ready for pickup but not this pharmacy). I said I would call my insurance company who confirmed my card was good. They said the pharmacy would have to call the help number. The girl barely looked at me and said no we don’t call the insurance company. They have to call us. So I told the insurance company this as the girl declined to speak with them or show any interest whatsoever in helping me get my medication. The insurance company called the pharmacy and said they could only get voicemail. The girl behind the counter never came back near me to help. She looked like she could not be bothered. I asked to speak to whoever was in change and he said he had no problem calling the insurance company but I had been there trying to get help for 20 minutes before that so decided to go to a pharmacy that actually wants my business. I would not go back to this unhelpful pharmacy again.

Came here May 7th, 2024 to fill a prescription for my toddler. Young woman working register at pharmacy was very rude, should have gotten her name. Maybe it's a race thing. Will never be going back here again

This review is for the pharmacy at CVS located at Brotherhood Plaza Dr. in Washingtonville NY. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Their service is horrible and they are very rude over the phone. I simply needed to cancel a prescription that was sent to them in error and they were very short with me, cutting my words off and rushing me off the phone. I know they are busy so I was sure to be brief and not waste any time but the way they handled me made me feel my request would not be completed. I needed to cancel the prescription with them in order to reorder it with a mail pharmacy. As I thought, my prescription was not canceled so I had to call CVS back while I was on the phone with the mail pharmacy to have them immediately can the prescription so I can reorder it. I spoke to a second person who treated me the same as the first person treated me. That call will be my last interaction with CVS pharmacy at Brotherhood Plaza Dr. Courtesy and respect is important for me to do business with anyone and I did not receive that at CVS pharmacy.

I just spent 40 Minutes waiting on line to find out that a prescription sent in three days ago it still not ready and now I have to wait outside for another 15 minutes and then go back and stand online againWay understaffed And poorly managed
