The two people at the front desk were absolutely amazing very helpful and we’re able to provide in my mail that was imperative that I receive it accidentally went from Monroe to Herriman and they had it and they were very polite kind and I give them five stars just wanted to say it’s also very clean and nice in there. The staff was great.”

“I moved my PO BOX from the Steward Branch Post Office to Rock Tavern Post Office and the staff at this post office is Extremely nice and very helpful. I was trying deposit money into my business trust account and the staff took their time to figure out how to do this and they contacted someone to see how to do so. They really like helping customers, I recommend this post office!”
“Numerous times stopping in to buy stamps or ship out packages or using indoor or outdoor mailboxes. Staff members friendly and courteous and professional. Sometimes there are long lines especially when it gets busy. Overall experiences have been good.”

“My childhood post office! And it still is my post office! Pete, Tim, Ruth...through the years, the mailmen and women have been kindly and real. Whenever I get my mail, it always is a meaningful experience. There still is a huge amount of decorations that were there from my childhood, from the same exact plastic bench to some of the posters I think, to the placement of the bulliten board and table and trash can. It's just arranged the same way. It's incredible. Furthermore, they still give out Dumb-Dumb lollipops, in the same plastic lollipop-holder, just like they did during my childhood. Good times. It just feels exactly the same, like nothing changed! It's a great reminder to me that my childhood never left. God bless everyone there!”

“I had a recent issue with packages I was expecting not arriving, and the staff at the Salisbury Mills post office went above and beyond to help me figure out what had happened. In particular, the postmaster was incredibly kind and helpful in dealing with the issue. The problem arose from 2 incorrect shipping labels that had my address wrong, and I’m not sure if that was due to my own error or if it was an issue with my PayPal account auto filling in my address wrong, but in any event, the issue wasn’t the fault of the post office and I truly appreciate all of their help in finding out what had happened. I’ve lived here my whole life and I’ve liked and respected all of the employees over the years, and the current staff is no exception. Thank you again, I truly appreciate it!”

“Some post offices can be a nightmare, but the Washingtonville Post Office deserves a solid FIVE STARS!
Having been stationed and worked with various branches, I can confidently say the service here feels more like a privately owned family business than a typical post office. The staff is incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers.
I have no obligation or relation to write this review—I’m just truly blown away by their outstanding customer service! If every post office operated like this, mailing and shipping would be a dream.
