I ordered a meatball sub online for curbside delivery. I got there exactly on time. The sub delivered to my car (I have a bad knee so I used the curbside). The meatballs were maybe room temperature but not hot. I contacted the manager and he wrote me he was sorry but he didn't offer me a refund even though I suggested that. I had to heat the sandwich up at home in my microwave. For what they charge the sandwich should be near perfect!

Ordered two foot long flatbread sandwiches and they were wrapped very sloppily. It was wrapped the wrong way so that it looked like a 6in sandwich ?. The sandwiches were carelessly wrapped and show of pride in their work.

This place has really made a turn around since it changed hands. The attendants were super friendly and the place was clean.

I've been going to this Subway for years, and I've never had a bad experience. The employees here are always so nice, and do a fantastic job with the sandwiches. If anyone is ever hungry, I recommend coming here!

Forgive me if I have the name wrong but I think it was Luke? The gentleman with the beard. Was friendly professional and made a genuine connection. Had an awesome experience and amazing sandwiches because of him. Thank you!

Came in at a very busy time. Multiple people inside with large orders. The sandwich artist, I believe his name was Luke, was incredible. Said hi to me as I walked in and did not get flustered in the least. I run a retail establishment and understand how easy it is to get flustered in a situation like this. Big shout out to Luke for keeping his cool and pumping those sandwiches out like an absolute pro

While waiting for 20 minutes on the line of subways, my sisters (2) and I received 3 coupons from a customer who was gracious and provided coupons to myself and a customer in front of us. One of the coupons stated 3 foot long sandwiches for $17.99 per one sale. Once we arrived to the counter the man (Indian descendant) was nice and apologized for the wait, in which, I said no worries, we see that it's crowded no problem. Please take your time. I noticed he was flustered and asked my sisters to give me their orders to make it easier for him since the line was growing. We ordered 5 sandwiches. I gave my sister ONE coupon out of the 3, which stated 3 foot longs for $17.99 one use. As she proceeded to give the coupon, the man's disposition changed along with tone and attitude. He said, you can only use one coupon in a group. I then said I am sorry, I don't understand. My two sisters are paying separately, we are only using one coupon. He disrupts me and said one coupon per group and I don't have to even have to take any coupons. I said I don't understand, the coupon says one use only and we are only using it once. He then repeated angrily, I don't have to take anything. I turned to my sisters and stated, I don't want my sandwich (1 out of 5) you go ahead and purchase your sandwiches his disposition is rude. I left.My sisters was still standing about to pay and he then proceeded to state "That is how YOU PEOPLE ARE!." My sister said, what..YOU PEOPLE"? After his statement, they then proceeded to leave.I returned to subway to retrieve a photo of the place of establishment to report the incident of discriminatory statement of YOU PEOPLE to headquarters franchise department.As I approached subways to take picture, as I was advise by someone, he and a woman were outside smoking on the side of the establishment. I proceeded to take a picture of the outside. The lady asked me how can she help me, I stated I am retrieving the store information to make a complaint regarding customer service of the man next to you. She said in an elevated very agitated tone well you can talk to me, I am the owner. He then replied after her, I am the manager. I said okay great since you are the owner, I would like to share with you my experience today of your establishment.Today when my sisters were...she cut me off and stated you don't have to buy here. You can go buy from somewhere else. He interrupted her and said yeah buy somewhere else. I am not going to stand here and have you lecture me on my behavior. He then proceeded to come in my direction, my sister took a picture as he moved from his positioning walked towards me in a loud tone, you can go somewhere else. I then raised my voice and stated, she asked me what happened . I said asked did you even know what coupon I had? (Coupon said 3 footloose for 17.99, which means only one purchase was going to be made for the 3 sandwiches) He said, I told you one per group, I then stated I didn't understand your statement based on the coupon, which states one use.He then said leave lady. The owner said yes leave we don't need your business you can call and speak to whomever you want. I left.

He then said leave lady. The owner said yes leave we don't need your business you can call and speak to whomever you want. I left.

The shop was clean..the server was polite and efficient..and the wait was not long.
