Excellent customer service.Maddi was extremely informational in guiding me through the appropriate solution to my problem and also facilitated the process.Gabby was also very helpful and informed me concerning the delivery of the phone.I was impressed as the manager, Maddi was so hands on, friendly and accommodating.I would advise anyone with an issue to seek the Washingtonville location for a positive experience.Thank you,Gail

My experience is exactly what I was looking for!! I went into T mobile with several issues, Maddi the store manager took care of every issue I had and I even walked out with a brand new phone!!! Maddi is an amazing store manager, I would recommend everyone visit this location!

Talk to malik if you need help troubleshooting your phone.. he is very helpful and knows his thing.. he told me he is new but he is very knowledgeable. After he fixed my issue i ended up buying a new phone. I recommend him and shopping at Washingtonville 100%.

I have never had a bad experience here with the employees, they are the best. Over the past few years, even if it odd a different group of people helping me, I’ve only had great interactions.The last time I was in, they tried calling to other stores in the area to try to find a higher storage phone. We all suffered a 30 minute hold with the high volume Newburgh store, before we hung up. They probably had the phone, but I wasn’t going to reward the Newburgh store with my business if they couldn’t be bothered to return to a call (the T-Mobile employee here had initially spoken to somebody there).The downside is something that isn’t their fault, they have never have the higher storage phones because they are a “low volume store”. Well T-Mobile, if you send at least one of each device to them and they can replace them as sold, maybe they will have higher volume.Unfortunately I ended up going to the Apple store to pick up the phone I wanted, I needed my phone that day as my old one was completely destroyed. I will however continue to use this store, and hopefully T-Mobile will change policies with devices.

Disappointed. I showed salesperson the 50%off w/ trade in promo on T-Mobile website. She wouldn't take phone bc it was slightly chipped in the corner. I went to the T-Mobile store in Chester...No problem!

We went into the Washingtonville T-Mobile store. Dakota was absolutely the most helpful person! She went above and beyond her duty to try to help us. We discovered we did not even have a T Mobile account. We had gone to the Brookside store, who could not help us, who sent us to a Metro PC store, who sent us to the Washingtonville store. Lucky for us Dakota discovered the phone actually had an Ultramobil phone service. She did everything she could, smilingly, to help us resolve the issue.Thanks Dakota. You are the best!!!

Cassidy is one of the best associates there! She is extremely attentive and patient. She helped me get switched over to t-mobile and there was no guess work in terms of my bill, she made sure I had all the details and if I had any questions she was quick to answer them. 10/10 highly recommend!

In Feb 2022, I was exploring whether to trade in my 11 pro max or buy the new 13 pro max out right. I was told come back the next day by the manager, that I get found the trade in value. The staff was very nice but kept making errors the next day during my transaction. I specifically said, that I did not wish to be in a monthly plan and owe on my phone and paid the difference in cash. Now June, I was querying some international charges on my bill and learnt that I still owed $400 on my phone and was being charged $19.99 per month for the next 24 months!!!! I should not owe anything! The local manger was very defensive and after talking to someone above her, she apologized. I’m very disappointed because she was previously so nice and now when this screw up happened, she didn’t recall. Ok should be my responsibility to read the agreement but who reads these? Bottom line is they gave me the wrong promotion and messed up and now I have to pay an additional $200 for this phone. I am ready to leave tmobile. Please read the fine print and don’t go off the salesperson words or explanation of the bill… verify!

Elijah & Mia are outstandingly personable and knowledgeable people. I drive miles out of my way just to go to this specific store. After hitting all the larger branches - where no one seemed to be able to provide the assistance that I needed, I found this little store. Where they went above and beyond to accommodate me. T-Mobile should be extremely proud to have employees like Elijah & Mia. Employees such as them are what give T-Mobile, as a company, such a stellar reputation. A+++++++

After spending an hour and a half waiting for one of T Mobile's "specialists" to connect my service and failing miserably ( I SPOKE TO 3 PEOPLE ABOUT CONNECTING MY PHONE WITH A SIM CARD I BOUGHT AND ALL FAILED TO CONNECT MY PHONE ... THE FINAL "SPECIALIST" SAID THERE WAS AN ISSUE AND THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND DIDN'T ... SURPRISE SURPRISE ?? ) ... I ended up going to this store because I was in the area. Elijah and Nefertiti were EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL and connected my new service in no time. They were very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store for all of your T Mobile needs ... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE ?
