Amazing service!!!! Couldn’t ask for a smoother tow- if you need to be towed this is who you should be using. Very communicative very nice and very prompt service! If I ever need to be towed again, I will be using KB auto repair and towing!

My daughters car wouldn’t start and we called Ed. Although he was over 30 miles away, he showed up on time and used his jump starter to get us going. Reliable and friendly - Ed helped us out when there was nobody else around. Thanks Ed!

I have rarely been dealt with in such a poor manner. The driver met me, was very short tempered and hostile. He started off relatively calm and reasonably, but I did not have my vehicle towed, not someone I would partner with. I am sure they can tow just fine, but they showed poor attitude and character on this day. We had maybe a 2 minute conversation before the driver presented ultimatums and shortly after said he wasn’t going to do the job. I don’t mind what he wasn’t willing to do, his tone and his abruptness did not signal that he respected me as a customer. I hate to leave a review like this, but today was unacceptable.

Eddie truly saved us tonight! He was the only driver available to assist Tesla owners. We got stranded in a snowstorm after our GPS miscalculated the trip. Eddie responded quickly, changed his route to reach us, and ensured we were safe. He was highly knowledgeable about the car and knew exactly how to jump-start it for proper charging. As a Tesla owner, I wouldn’t choose any other company. Thank you, Eddie!

Eddie is the guy to call. If your in a pinch and he can't get to you he will find someone who can. He truly cares and is a great person who takes pride in his work and that to me is very important when someone is handling one of my biggest investments aka my car

I’m so impressed and extremely thankful for the excellent service and support Eddie has provided to me when my car had to moved more than 20 miles away from its initial location. His response was quick and during our communication he was very polite and made this unfortunate situation a lot less stressful for me. He dropped my car and the car key off at the service desk of the new location, actually handed it to the person I previously contacted. I didn’t even have to go anywhere or worry about anything. I so appreciate his help and am so thankful that he was so kind and very professional. I sincerely recommend KB Auto Repair & Towing to anyone in need for help and a wonderful service.

After along day moving, pulled into a petrol station to fill a rental truck and it then would not start. Eddy showed up, got underneath and put the defibrillator treatment on the starter and off I went. Can not say enough about Eddy. Lovely guy, knows what he is doing and fully there to get you moving. Full marks. A rare thing these days.

This was the most helpful experience ever... during such a difficult time. My car spontaneously stopped working during a late-night drive for a family emergency, without warning, and it stalled while I was driving. Long story short, I had to be very careful to pull over safely but there was no way to get the car going again. I wrestled with my insurance company but finally got the name of "KB" and from that point on, I was taken care of. I was picked up promptly, even though it was the middle of the night. The truck was very clean. The driver was super kind in my time of need. I was comforted knowing I wasn't alone, my car would be taken care of, and I was safe. The driver suggested a reputable mechanic and even brought me to a local eatery where I could wait for my ride. I was left so much better than I started as soon as I called KB. Thank you!!!
