Embracing the essence of fall, I ventured into The Milk Pail Apple Farm on Columbus Day weekend, stepping into a world of autumnal splendor. The orchards were alive with the vibrant colors of ripe apples, and the air was filled with their sweet aroma, creating an atmosphere of pure delight. Picking my own apples was a joyous experience, surrounded by the natural beauty of the farm and the friendly chatter of fellow visitors. Each apple, plucked fresh from the trees, was a testament to the farm's dedication to quality produce. The staff's warmth and knowledge added an extra layer of hospitality, enhancing my visit. The rustic charm of the farm, set against the backdrop of the changing leaves, made every moment picture-perfect. Filling my basket with the season's finest apples and indulging in their freshly pressed cider was a sensory delight, leaving me with cherished memories of a perfect autumn day. The Milk Pail Apple Farm truly captured the spirit of the season, making my visit an unforgettable experience that I look forward to repeating.

I never post reviews, and I’ve never walked off a farm without apples. $50+ is your only option for apple picking? Insane and won’t be back.

So MEH!Overpriced, pretentious and repackaged. They give off a farm stand vibe, but nearly everything they sell is repackaged products from other manufacturers. Their produce is just average and expensive. Nearly every item lacks any pricing. This is a perfect spot for NYC tourists with more money than sense. If you are looking for real local products from authentic merchants, there are many better options.

Only good thing about this place is their selection (I guess). Way overpriced and boring for kids. Go to Hanks pumpkintown (8 min away) if you have children. Apple picking is only open on weekends there.

Pretty nice & im pretty honest so continue to read-1) If it wasn't for us paying for these over priced items this place wouldn't exist. Give us that experience. Goes to the ladies running the food station. Such miserable sad energy. Apple pie was off & the donuts were stale pretty upsetting & waste of $70 we spent on supporting this stand. Way better at the other locations. Much more education and nicer too.2) Apple picking was fun the most i have ever seen - i normally do the north shore & upstate- and this one guy was soo nice at the front entrance giving us the run down3) Pumpkin picking was alright not much but still fun - the ones in the front are cute and easy to buy - rare ones too .. but dont YELL at me when you see me looking for somewhere to pay .. YOU YOU! YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THAT HERE? ... as i was walking up to the stand on the other side and no where near the parking lot .. completely embarrassed .. really think im stealing pumpkins ? ..4) sunflower garden - some advise on where to cut it and keep it alive would of been nice .. wasted so much $$ and they didnt tell us anything .. back to the front desk, they honestly ruined it for us and idk if i would come back here. The flower died in a matter of 15 mins.. again some advise would of been nice5) Corn maze cute but been to better. Im used to little things in corn mazes, a scavenger hunt, cut outs etc. Not much but cute to walk through. I didnt see many kids coming out to thrilled or over excited.Overall apple picking was the best. The guy at the front was the best and set the tone nice.

It was so crowded but very organized. A bag cost $53 to be shared by 6 persons. Take a sample and taste it, from each aisle. Whichever suits your taste, go back to it and start picking.

They have the best apples ? I don’t like apples, but when I go there I eat them like crazy, delicious!!!! Btw, my daughter has allergies to apples but for whatever reason she eats them from this place and no reaction. When she eats them from other places, reaction on first bite. Only place she can eat an apple from.

Here you can find many varieties of apples and everything else related to apples: cider, hot cider, pies, jams, donuts, turnovers. Their apple trees are well cared for and produce many apples. Parking is ample and it's away from busy roads. Perfect place to enjoy with family.

They have A++ fresh apple cider. They had plenty of apples on the trees. The only downside was that the trees were small and I personally like having to find an apple hidden in the treetops. However if you are going with kids this would be a great options as most of the apples are no more than 5-6 feet off the ground
