“It’s my first time leaving a google review because I needed to give a hats off to this amazing business! Daryl and his team Kelly and Karen are passionate, kind, cheerful, flexible, and super dedicated. They helped me make a project perfect down to the smallest details. They do a range of things from architectural printouts to all types of artistic printing projects. Hanging out in the store while waiting for your prints also is lovely and full of plants.”
“The level of professionalism and effectiveness of the Tech Support was outstanding. Products are available, good quality and reasonably priced. The support team of Brian, the manager, Kevin in Tech Support, Mike, Nick, Dan, Kate and Wojcik makes every visit productive and enjoyable.”
“I can’t say enough good things about my experience with UPS Sag Harbor! The owner Marianne was so wonderful! She went above and beyond to assist me with an issue and ensured it was resolved immediately and without any inconvenience to me whatsoever. She couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. I look forward to returning again in the future. What a lovely customer service experience!”
“I went yesterday 11/14/2025 and had the rudest experience The woman behind the counter kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me finish until I finally said would you please let me finish She could not find the emails that I was instructed that were sent Finally a nice young guy found them after she walked away She needs to go to UPS customer training school if one exists Very bad experience”

“Fast and very easy to download the plans to print Tried the big box store staples and it would not download! No problem on EEblue site! 5 min and it's downloaded! By 8:15 am the following day, 148 pages collated and stapled! Great job”
