TERRIFIC. MACK auto, what a business. I was a customer of the location for years and was nervous to see who would be running the shop and how. Fears were dispelled with my first visit. If it needs to be done John does it, if it doesn't he won't. Thorough, efficient and accomodating. He also happens to be Community Conscious. I took my car here before it was M.A.C.K.'s and after going to John once, I can say, I will still be bringing my car here. He was fast, friendly, and honest. And my car is driving better than it has in a while. What more can you ask for?

We needed work done in a short timeframe. He was able to get us in right away, and I had a question on some of the work he did.
