Many stores, but most don't have much variety. Prices can be on the more expensive side of an outlet.

My parents and I like going up here to buy shoes for cheap, since there's ALWAYS a sale going on. There is a good Greek food place near the food court, but the food court itself has been dead since the pandemic. There used to be a lot more food options there, but now there's just one, if I remember correctly. Aside from that, there's plenty of name-brand stores to suit your needs.

This is a glorified old spread out large strip mall that has always been marketed as an "Outlet". It has seen better days. When we visited recently I was surprised at the emptiness. Vacant stores, empty parking lots, and poorly staffed empty stores. We found the prices were nothing great. It is not worth making a special trip. But if you are driving by on the Thruway and need to kill some time and feel like shopping at a dismal place, in person, at poorly staffed stores, where you can find a parking spot, then this is the place for you. Just don't make this a destination. More than likely you will be a let down.

I recently visited Waterloo Premium Outlets in NY and was blown away by the incredible deals. It's rare to find a place where prices are cheaper than online stores, even those with discounts, but this place does it! The variety of stores and the discounts offered are just amazing.I would highly suggest planning a visit during Black Friday. The discounts get even better, offering unbeatable prices that you won't find anywhere else. It's the perfect time to grab those deals that you've been eyeing all year. The outlets are clean, well-organized, and have a great selection of brands. The staff are friendly and helpful, adding to a pleasant shopping experience. Whether you're looking for clothes, electronics, or accessories, you'll find great options here at a fraction of the usual cost.

I'm not a mall person. When had to go back to Puma because we had a set of shoes with two right feet. They were great. No problems getting my shoe that was missing and returning the double. It was just a pain because I had to go back to the mall. Guess it was partly my fault for not making sure there was a left and right shoe. This is the store we usually go to in the mall.

What a shock it was to drive way out there only to find out that most of the better stores were gone, the food court had two restaurants opened and, both had awful food which were way overpriced. 20 years of going there and we will definitely not return. Parking lot was empty other than a RV company who has rented the space for selling. The remaining outlets had little inventory, no significant deals and are absolutely struggling. Covid hit them hard.

Easy-in,easy-out trip to this regional attraction. Visited a specific store, but there are so many. Be prepared to walk long distances - and plan for good weather - because every store has only an outside entrance. Huge parking lot but busy makes it a strategic decision on where to park the first time. Planning is important! These outlets compete with online stores by having touchable inventory rather than on price.

We have been travelling there for many years and enjoyed our visits and the great selections and great prices. We visited August 15 and WOW what a shocker. The parking lot was empty. Covid19 apparently was not kind to this establishment. In my opinion probably 1/3 of the stores are closed. Lots of stores advertising huge sales and discounts but in reality the prices are still too high. I was in Detroit 2 weeks ago at Great Lakes Crossing and I compared several prices with items I purchased there and my estimation the products are about 20-25% higher in Waterloo. Selection is poor. The kicker is that this outlet serviced many Canadian's as it is a short drive but due to the high exchange rates at about 37% it makes it more difficult to justify the drive.
