It is so important to me that everyone knows what an excellent business A-Verdi self storage is. I have been with A-Verdi storage going on (2) years as of November. Just earlier today I yet again spoke with one of their Superheroes... Will who has consistently helped me with one of my many different personal issues that I continue to have ever since I started renting from A-Verd. This company and their employees are truly rdefinitely become my Superhero's so much so that I will be getting another second storage unit through them...
Dan, you are a A-Verdi superhero too!

Such a friendly conversation I had with a nice gentleman who took my info after me paying over the phone. Great unit! Happy about the price and add on of insurance as well. Good to know there is a nice place way ya need or can use one for a good rate. Be blessed. Jonathan Kopetchny

I called Waterloo with a special request for short-term storage recently. Despite my unusual requirements, they were able to provide me with a solution that was what I needed, for a fair price. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility is in excellent shape and set up for good security; access was simple. As with any custom contract, there was a small amount of pre-entry communication, but nothing more complicated than reserving a hotel these days. (Thanks, Will) Are they easy to access? Absolutely. Would I use them again? Absolutely. Recommend them to friends? Absolutely.

Will provided tremendous service -- just extraordinary in terms of thoroughness and detail when it came to storage at the Waterloo facility. Walked me through every step on the phone and followed up quickly and considerately via email and text to ensure I got moved in ok and had what I needed for storage, access, etc. Best experience I've had with a storage facility across a couple different decades and many different facilities.

Will is the MAN! He's helped me numerous times and and has saved me in a pinch. Happy to be doing business with these guys. I do wish they would rock salt better in the winter. Had some slippery conditions last year with a large truck and trailer.

I have been with this facility since the old owners and I must say, manager Will is much more accommodating and has been extremely helpful!!
The storage facility is gated, clean, organized and I feel safe with my property stored there.

I’ve always had great experience with Will and now my father has interest in renting storage after he has decided to move to the area from Arizona. Will did not disappoint. He went above and beyond and took some of the stress of the 2500 mile move from my father to guarantee he would have a unit available when he needs it. Thank you Will. If you need a storage unit, these guys make it easy. If you go in person, the hours that someone is on site aren't great (minus one star!), but when I love going or calling with my questions when I know Will K. is working - he is one of the nicest guys you'll run across.
