It's absolutely wonderful doing business with a small town local bank. SueAnn Lincoln is great along with the rest of the staff. They always call you by your name and always check to see if Gunner is with me to send out dog treats for him. It doesn't get much better than Generations bank.

Generations Bank has been wonderful for our family. My 97 year old mother gets cash to pay for things and she writes out exactly what she wants in a variety of bills. The staff are very patient with her and cheerful to us.

Do NOT bank here! Very rude! The lady at 2nd window is VERY respectful and nice, excellent customer service. The others have no etiquette and were yelling my personal business whole time there!! Were rude and saw I was having trouble with walking and standing, as I sat. I tried to explain we needed letter faxed there to open account, but wouldn't listen. Instead kept arguing between them and disagreeing with me. I called place that sent letter and they had it 2 minutes later, then still continued on phone call and arguing among selves before getting supervisor incvolved. About ever 30 minutes they would loudly say my name and say they were working on my account and maybe go run some errands? Said no I need to stay and figure out account. 30 minutes later, the "supervisor" came from her office to say they couldn't help me, but maybe come back in six months. Mind you now, we saw her in her office on her personal phone most of time! Stay away from here is all I can say!
