After finding what I liked online we made the drive out to Waterloo Outlets in hopes to find just one of my preferences. The staff here were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. I have been wearing Merrell's for years and they just plain wore out after 15+ years. I am a tough shoe customer LOL. very picky on fit and fashion etc but I found that perfect fit after trying on a "few" with the help of the staff looking for my size. Again the staff was awesome too!!

Good selection, and if you're getting more than 1 pair there was a buy 1 get 1 50% off, which made the prices a good deal for us. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The shoes were great. Experience was garbage. I’ve been trying to get removed from the email list for months. I’ve spoken with them on the phone twice, unsubscribed dozens of times, and even blocked their email in gmail. These emails persist. I’ll never buy these shoes again for this reason alone…
