If zachary, in Seneca, falls is not the one actually servicing me.
I won't go anymore.... Zachary has ALWAYS done me rite! The folk he left there on the other hand???? They argued with one another more then servicing me.... not only did they lose my keys but told me I NEVER have them to them and called me back once they found them......they called me when the job was done but had no change for me to pay for services. So I had to leave to get the change. First, he said he couldn't break a 100. I go back with smaller bills for him to then tell me He couldn't break anything & that I had to have exact change.... what a day dealing with Monroe muffler!!! Zachary PLEASE GET BACK, you left your business with a bunch of TROLLS

I have never had a bad experience myself. I come here for routine oil changes and basic maintenance. Zach has always been a helpful individual and makes sure everything is done correctly & a timely fashion. I'm going to keep coming here until further notice. It's been 4+ years of them servicing many of my cars.

I was late and they didnt mind. Got me right in and out . Brought an air filter issto my attention. I opted to replace it myself but it seems to have fixed problem i had with the car . .Definitely will return

While traveling through the area we had to replace 2 tires. Zack was amazing. We were on a tight schedule. He ordered the tires, got them I'm the next day, installed them within the timeframe

Dear Monro Auto Service Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express serious concerns regarding a recent service performed at your Waterloo, NY location (2444 State Route 414). While on vacation, my alternator failed, and I brought my vehicle to your shop for repair, as I was stranded over five hours from home.
During the service, I observed the mechanic—visible from the waiting area—frequently using their phone, seemingly searching for guidance on the repair, and seeking assistance from another technician. As an engineer who has personally worked on my own car in the past, this raised immediate red flags. However, I had no choice but to proceed due to the situation.
Unfortunately, just an hour after leaving your location, my vehicle broke down again. After managing to get to a shop in Amherst, NY, I discovered that power steering fluid had been spilled on the ECU and fuse box. The mechanic at that shop confirmed this was the cause of the breakdown.
Due to this negligence, I incurred over $3,500 in additional repair costs and vehicle transport expenses to return my car home. I am requesting that Monro Auto Service conduct a full investigation into the service performed and provide appropriate compensation for the damages caused.
I am happy to provide any documentation, including receipts and photos, to support this claim. Please advise on how to proceed.

I would give them zero stars. As a veteran and a former mechanic (being too disabled now to do the job anymore) I am disgusted and appalled at the attitude from the owner of this location. I called to confirm and appointment at 1 o’clock which was apparently double booked because he was too lazy to update Goodyear with his schedule. Was met with some of the foulest attitude ever and if that wasn’t bad enough he was even so rude to Goodyear when they called to inquire that Goodyear has decided to no longer partner with this location. Never go here. There are friendlier shops with better service like Steve Shannon in Seneca falls.
