“Came to them in a desperate situation a little over a year ago. They were so incredibly kind and helped me work through my budget to find a great vehicle within my price range. I had a few hiccups with calling to make payments due to my work schedule and they have been so kind and understanding each time. The vehicle was in great shape and the buying process was so quick and easy! Could not ask for better people to help me out when I was down. Thank you so much to all the staff for your kindness and flexibility.”
“I had gotten a flat tire on I-90. Reached out to my AAA and they got me to the interstate highway safety people. The driver Recommended to me to go to the monroe tire service in Waterloo, NY. The guys were fantastic, they set me up with a new tire and had me on the road again in less than an hour.”

“We were traveling in our RV when one of the tires went flat. After putting on our spare we looked for a tire shop near by and found that Holt’s had the tire brand we needed, and would get the change made for us that day. They answered all of our concerns and questions, identified two other tires that were needing replacement, and got the job done quickly for us so we could get back on the road. All done within two hours of getting the flat tire. We were very lucky to find them and highly recommend them!”
