I found the equipment clean, instructions clear, and the 15’ truck easy enough to drive (I was nervous having never driven a larger truck). Make sure you’re quoted for the amount of miles you need with specific locations. They charge an extra dollar per mile over the amount you were originally quoted and paid for. Definitely would recommend U-Haul!

The uHaul itself was fine but we scheduled for early pickup and the manager did not ensure that the key got put in the lock box so we got there at the wee hours of the morning the key was not available for us to get and then they didn't send anybody out to get the key for us until the location opened at 7. Highly satisfied with Services pickup. Uhaul itself drove fine. Easy drop off.
