This Walgreens is the best one, with a super clean store and well-stocked shelves. The staff are very nice, helpful, and friendly. The pharmacy staff, including a young man at the drive-thru and techs like Jordan, provide outstanding customer service and know their jobs well. Corrine is also very helpful. Overall, the store offers a great experience with clean surroundings and helpful employees who make shopping and pharmacy pickups easy and pleasant.
Nice looking store, was able to find what I needed. Was disappointed to find out I couldn't apply a paper coupon to a transaction afterwards the cashier was at the payment screen

Waterloo Walgreens has the nicest most helpful people. Cashier greets you when you enter, associate stocking shelves did not look or act annoyed but stopped to help customers locate what they were looking for. Pharmacy staff is patient and looks up my Rx information when I have questions about my prescription.

It was my first time at this store. I plan on returning to become a Walgreens member. I lived Willard before and only been to the Walgreens in Geneva NY but live in Waterloo now so I will be the store when in need for things other than prescriptions thank you.
