***BED BUGS IN FURNITURE***I would not recommend this store to anyone. I had furniture delivered on Friday 7/12/24. We were supposed to get a couch, loveseat, and recliner but were told at the very end that the recliner was out of stock so we’d have to wait to get it. I was frustrated but brushed that off. That night, we sat on the couch from 5pm-10pm and a few times I felt like there was something on me. The next morning, I woke up to a ton of bites all over my arm and legs. I asked around and was alerted that it might’ve been bed bug bites because it was used furniture. So, I flipped both couches over and found a ton of little bed bugs!! I have two dogs as well, so I panicked because bed bugs can hide on their collars and beds. We called Aaron’s immediately to have them get the furniture out of our apartment; but were told no one would be available until Monday. We put the furniture outside because we’re already scared of it becoming an infestation. I’m so disgusted that this furniture wasn’t thoroughly checked and cleaned before being given to us. Apparently this has never happened at their store; but I wouldn’t be surprised if the bed bugs have spread to other furniture in their showroom.

Ordered a piece of furniture online almost a month ago, still not here. I had an appointment to have it delivered because Chris said that it was at the store and that it would be delivered. I took the day off, lost money and had my time wasted. There is clearly no communication. Even further more, they have the same item I'm waiting for on their showroom floor. Very disappointed.

If I could leave them no stairs I would they deliver stuff that don’t have everything with it and want you to pay for it but never bring the parts back to fix it there staff is rude as hell the store sucks just don’t go there at all

I have purchased two major things from here for$350 plus tax on a cash and carry basis. This first was a full size washer and dryer. And the second was a sectional living room server the pillows and an ottoman. Beautiful ❤️ I love this place. I wasn't charged for delivery for the washer and dryer but it was only $75 forget to deliver the sectional. If you have your own truck this cost would not exist. Less expensive then Big Lots and bett r quality!!

I bought what was supposed to be a brand new room set (dressers, one night stand, mattress, spring box, and bed frame) and they gave me a used spring box, with yellow tag that said it was a used product, it was broken. The quality of the dressers were really cheap! One dresser broke after a few weeks. The mattress was horrible I ended up buying a new one because the one we bought stared to sink!. I also had to buy a new bed frame and spring box because they were broken!

The people are pretty much okay but honestly if you're trying to buy something from them don't buy from online you'll never get it in a timely manner really. The prices are definitely way better than their competitors though from what I'm seeing so pro there.
