Would give zero stars actually. Reserved it few days ago for today. Cannot get in touch with them cannot access my unit. Main office appears completely vacant. This has been such a waste of time. Will be going to evertree thanks for wasting my time. Don't let me reserve a unit if you cannot move me in.

I've been using this place for well over a year , partly because I have too much stuff and n possibly trouble letting go, but mostly because they are affordable and they have excellent customer service. I recently downsized and moved into the smallest unit..5×5 and the KO staff opted not to charge me for a 30-day notice. They definitely appreciate the service, and it shows.

Mary was so helpful and managed to take care of a few mistakes that were made with storage facilities and their locations…. I was so thankful for her kindness and her helpfulness….she was 🤩!!! Thank you Mary and KO storage!!

Worst storage place ever!!! DONT DO IT they are a scam & INFESTED WITH EVERYTHING!I rented from them august 1st 1 day later I went to my storage soon as I opened the door there was a SNAKE a real snake I called them basically there was nothing they could do then I go back with my family because I’m scared & we open the door & there was ROACHS EVERYWHERE LIKE INFESTED! So my family went and bought snake traps so we can see is it really infested & can we get the snake out so I can get my stuff out without getting attacked & being scared I call them so I can get a refund it wasn’t even 6 days that I had been there & they said that they can not give me a refund I was like what why it hasn’t even been a week the storage is infested with SNAKES MOUSES & ROACHES which is ridiculous because I paid almost 300 $ & now all my stuff is ruined roaches in my bins of clean clothes it is just crazy why did I even pay for insurance on my storage just for you to say I can’t get a refund they are rude custom service & nasty & so selfish I really got screwed I cried so bad i literally could understand if it was after a week or it was 7 days I wouldn’t even ask for a refund but it was before the fact.

It's a nice layout with a decent location. The restrictions on hours when you can access your unit are a bit cumbersome but their automated phone and internet options for bill payment are very convenient.

If I could give this place 0 stars or negative I would. My unit was broken into and stolen from not once but TWICE from this location. And each time there’s just nothing they can do about it. I call the insurance they force us to pay for and “there’s no proof of forced entry” so nothing can be done. They have “cameras” whether they work or not they are definitely not covering all units because mine just happened to not be covered. Do not trust your belongings with this company. It’s absolutely absurd the price you pay to have no security or management even located on this property.
