I've yet to find an Ace store that is not helpful and knowledgeable. I did a pick up order; the app was easy to use, the items I wanted were in stock and 2 very nice young men brought them out to me. I recommend this Ace.

A place where you go to look for items to remodel your house, and the employees know absolutely nothing. I've come here about 5 times, and it's always the same story. They never know anything, not even showing a photo of what I want, and there's no knowledgeable staff. I much recommend Home Depot, even though it's a little further away. Terrible customer service.

Terrible experience. Had to return a door lock and was the next day mind u and was treated like I stole it because the directions were ripped...sad. Lost customer.
