I’ve been with AT&T for over a year now and thought their service was adequate. Come to find out that my discount wasn’t even applied for the entire time with them. They applied my discount for military on my very first payment. So I never figured to check since everyone in the store were nice and showed me that it was applied . Ever since after the first initial payment, it was taken off. Once I found out I came into the store to fix it . They tried and said it was fixed. I waited for the next month to roll by and now I’m even paying more than ever for trying to fix my issues. Had to use the 611 number which is really bad in my opinion cause 75% of the time , I can never hear them, never answer and hang up, or call and end up cutting out their call. I finally get in contact their service and was able to fix my discount issue , or so I think . Still have to wait til next month . Now I talk to them and see about receiving my money back for taking extra money that doesn’t belong to them. Waiting for over 2 hours going through their service , loyalty team and was told they wouldn’t refund me other then 3 months of credits . What am I supposed to use those credits for beside in their store. AT&T stole my money from someone that is currently serving in the military. And I really didn’t want to type all of this but I’m just very disappointed at this point. Honestly thought they could work with me due to my situation, but I guess I was wrong. My recommendation is never to use AT&T unless you want to be ripped off and have them take your hard earned money without remorse!

I was in this location travelling from Canada to sign up for a new business sim card. Nate was working there and gave me the best and the most awesome service ever experienced. He helped me explain the plans and also accommodated my concerns.

Beware if you're heading to this AT&T location!
Without my consent, they enrolled me in a monthly insurance plan and the AT&T Next Up early upgrade program, piling on extra charges that I never agreed to.
I tried to resolve it at the local level they made the false claim that they have no way to sell you a phone without adding those services to the line.
What followed was a frustrating, hours-long ordeal with their corporate office to undo these unwanted additions. It's disheartening when your explicit choices are ignored.
If you value your time and financial autonomy, you might want to think twice before visiting.

Nate assisted in transferring a phone number over from straight talk and he was very professional, and patient with me as he maneuvered in getting ahold of help. He was very prompt and knew exactly what he was doing. He was also personable and made being there for over an hour a pleasure. This atmosphere stood out at our experience with At&t. I couldn’t have made it through the extensive process without his help
