Terrible experience at AT&T Salmon Run Mall on 1/19/23. My adult daughter who bought a new phone came to pick it up and was denied and told she was not an authorized user without taking her ID or looking up the account to verify. AT&T customer service confirmed she has been an authorized user since 1/12/23 and should have had no issues picking up her merchandise. I had to travel an hour and a half to pick up this phone and bring it to my daughter. The sales associate was extremely rude and wrongly accused my daughter of being fraudulent. Another associate tried to intervene to help my daughter but the female associate refused to allow him help. When i came into the store and asked about the incident, the associates were trying to cover up the situation by saying they looked in the system and their system is slow to update. Absolute lies! My daughter has been an authorized user since 1/12- a week ago! Absolute horrible customer service! This associate needs to be held accountable. Considering changing service providers- pay way too much to be treated this way.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and knowledgeable employees. Shawn helped me out tremendously earlier when somehow my phones text message app got hidden from my phone screen and I was only able to look at all me messages collectively when someone texted me.5 to 10 minutes and Shawn had the thing un-hidden and back on my home screen. I give him major props because as a millenial, I like to think I'm fairly tech savvy, but I couldn't figure it out for the life of me.Also, very satisfied with the pre-paid phones. I feel like my phone is more than adequate when it comes to the little bit of gaming I do on it from time to time, and is pretty fast.Very pleased with this store in particular and the people here. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience.

My experience at this location was great. I hadn’t upgraded my iPhone 8 in several years. I wanted an iPhone 13 Pro Max in Alpine green and they had one in stock and explained the whole switching phone process.I was waited on immediately and presented with a great deal. I’m one satisfied customer.

This place HATES military and will lie straight to your face. They are very rude and will lie to you. Then try to kick you out if you tell other customers that they are lying to you. Don’t trust them and go somewhere else. I have already contacted Jag to tell them that they are trying to screw over military.
