They refused to cash my check u less i straight deposited into my account...I have never had so many issues with this bank until came up to Watertown...both banks have given me a ridiculous time saying that I cant cash it because its a different bank or because I dont have enough on my account...its a paycheck

Every time I try to pay our spectrum bill which is in my name with my husbands card it blocks the transaction. No other bank does that and we also bank with Watertown Savings. Also it won't let us link to any of my accounts so I am able to use money when I may need it as well. Which our other bank allows us to do. So frustrating!
