You can buy a phone anywhere but you can’t find Mindy anywhere except Cricket!!! She helped me choose my phone and it’s beautiful. She helped me pick my plan and it’s wonderful. Very affordable unlimited everything plus a movie channel. The key words in all this are “she helped me”. And when all was chosen she then set everything up and showed me how to use it! As I said, you can buy a phone anywhere. It takes someone like Mindy to get me to choose to buy it there!

If it wasn't for the tech that was on duty at that time her name is Melinda I wouldn't have finished I would have walked away you need to keep her and give her some extra cash she's worth your money I'm 62 years old and I hate phones she helped me out I am very thankful for her you don't find many of her thank you very much Robert

Amy is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I just moved to the area so I decided it would be a good time to change my phone provider. She was very thorough in explaining all the plans and promotions available. 10/10 would recommend her. :)
