Contacted the dealership and asked for a car to be brought from their other site so I could look at it. They brought it down two days later and got to test drive it. After that I had a great talk with the dealer and they sold me the vehicle just a few minutes after. From first impressions to being handed the keys they were great, the entire group of people I worked with to get the Nissan into my name.

I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the man at the desk. He was very condescending and rude. I had my young son with me to get my inspection done and he was irritated that I couldn’t stay to have the brakes done to pass my inspection. He accused me of not doing the repairs that were recommended last year. These repairs were done just not by the dealership. He then rudely told me that my husband would not be able to change brakes that he had changed before. I will not be returning to this service place for any reason in the future.

Larry my salesperson was excellent! Kept me informed on the arrival of my new Sentra. Paperwork was a breeze. Very knowledgeable and professional. Made buying a car a wonderful experience! Will definitely buy another car from Davidison auto Group.

I had to have it towed to your dealership, we were from out of town, they kept I touch with and told about the repairs they had to do and also gave me information on this vehicle, I found everyone very nice. Thank you I would return to this dealership if I was in town

I had an over heating issue with my Infiniti G35 and needed help ASAP as I had to be home four hours away by tomorrow for an important doctor's appt. I showed up out of the blue after finding out from Brandy the service receptionist (who was super nice) on the phone that Davidson Nissan would repair Infiniti. Fran Livingston the service rep was the first person that I talked to and he was super understanding directing me to see the receptionist Brandy. The service manager Lyndon Roach greeted me as I related my predicament. He couldn't have been any nicer and said that he would squeeze me in despite being super busy which I thought was incredible. The tech was able to discern the problem and Lyndon explained that he thought a radiator flush would solve the problem and he didn't want me to pay the extra money to change out the thermostat unless it was necessary. This i couldn't believe! The tech flushed the radiator, the service engine light was gone and it runs as new. I could not have been treated any nicer or honestly and I will be taking my car there for maintenance. Great people who care for their customers and I would highly recommend Davidson NISSAN!Mike Kolb

I needed an oil change the very first one since I've owned my car which is a 2022 Nissan kicks. When I bought it it had 4100 miles on it and I put 4,000 miles on it and figured it was time to get oil changed. I called the dealership they've got me an appointment got me right in and right out . I love my car! The service was great they told me that they checked everything rotated my tires and was on my way in no time.

I bought my Titan here in 2010, you can't ask for better people. Your needs are their needs. They follow up with everything you would expect and then some. The sales and service people truly made me feel like they wanted what was best for me. I never felt pressured to buy, I did love what I saw, so I bought it and still drive it today. 2008 Titan SE.

I had such a great experience with Isabel Marquez, she was so knowledgeable about the 2021 Nissan Rogue I purchased. She went above and beyond to make sure I could pick up my new car as soon as possible and was even kind enough to assist me in dropping off my rental car when I picked up my new vehicle. I would absolutely recommend doing business with her, I’m thrilled with my purchase!

Ask for Isabel she is the best! She is amazing and makes the process really smooth. She goes above and beyond for her customers and tries to help as much as possible. . I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Isabel was very thorough and knowledgeable. She was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. Great service and she knows her stuff.

Madison Coffin is a great person to deal with. We were not sure if we were even going to stick with a Nissan, Madison didn't push, she just listened and found us exactly what we were looking for. Her no sales pressure is what helped us to stick with the Nissan. The vehicle is great and the staff exceeded our expectations.

All parties involved were great. Madison was well versed. Her customer service exceeded expectations. Our demands were met with professionalism and care. Gary continued to work with our financial concerns, and worked hard to help us come to an agreement that fit our needs. Again, professional and concise. Edward ensured we were aware of all warranties/insurance provided. His customer service was welcoming and answered questions we had. Overall, we are happy with our experience...as this is the first time we have bought a Nissan.

Davidson Nissan team is phenomenal. They made sure I was able to get into a vehicle after a woman ran a light and totaled my car. The engine light was on and it had to be driven more. They allowed me to borrow a beautiful vehicle while they repaired the one I had purchased since the light did not clear, that alone has provided me with much respect for the dealership which is rare when it comes to larger companies. The car has been fixed and running great. Thank you Watertown team for all you did ?

The job was perfectly done just that it took about 4.5 hours to complete instead of the 3 hours estimated time I was given. and that affected my other schedules but in all, I was satisfied with the job done. They did great work
