Just went into the new location very very disappointed. No camping stuff, a quarter of the amount of fishing gear, no boating products, no hunting products, no bicycle Department. Don't believe they know what region they are in. It was really our go-to store for any of those products.

I went in to get a pair of hoka sneakers. Very expensive shoes and I stood waiting for help for 20 minutes I barely got a nod from an employee when I asked for help. They couldn't be bothered to even pay any attention while I tried on the shoes. There were 3 employees in the shoe area and not one paid any attention to anyone seeking attention. While I tried on my shoes 2 employees talked to one another and didn't even look at me or ask about fit or anything. I had to ask where to even pay. It's a shame they built this big new store and the employees could care less about the customers

Jeff in the firearms section was very helpful and informative. Despite strict restrictions in New York, he made buying my 1st gun easy. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will come back if I ever need anything else firearm related or firearm advice/info.
