Don't buy anything here with a debit card, you know since it's attached to an actual bank account. Instead of giving you cash back, so you can go make a different purchase in the store. Instead you get to wait for the money to come back to the card. The place is a joke and because of this inconvenience, I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR. At any of their locations.

The prices are high, however they had a special for our local little league team! The service is ok, they " pointed" me in the right direction instead of actually helping me find what I needed and there were plenty of people working. In this picture are a pair of practice pants, baseball socks ( 2 pack), and cleats. With a 20% discount came to $44.

The associate knew where my product was located and helped by bringing it to the register. Very polite and professional.

Walked in the store prepared to purchase shoes and clothes and left empty handed. Got starters miss Rebecca at the front register literally watched us walk in and didn’t greet us or ask if we needed help. I stood right in front of her looking confused just to see if she would approach me and no, she still stood silent as if she didn’t see us. Next we get to the back where the shoes are and there’s at least 5 employees who look like high schoolers having the time of their life, having conversations among each other. Again, no help from anyone on the floor. I’ve never been in a store where there are so many people and no one t assist. I got the memo and definitely won’t step foot back in this playground.

I was just here to purchase a shotgun for my home and was integrated just because I asked the teller to do the background check since I had already spoken to another clerk about what was required to purchase a gun. But this guy started interrogating me because he thought it was “weird” that I asked him to do the background check that is required by NY state in order to purchase a gun out of the small inventory of guns they have. He decided to make it a big deal and then he manager did as well. The manager Steve. This is clearly because I walk in with a jumpsuit on and black. To tell me it is “weird” and “fishy” to have my identification ran. I am a veteran of the Air Force and I find this highly offensive and discriminatory. I will take further action against Steve and Dick’s sporting goods for the unprofessional behavior.

Stood at the gun counter for 10min without getting help. Went to find an associate but he completely ignored me even while standing next to him while he was conversing with another person (not work related). I went to find someone else to help me and he said the person who could help me was over there and pointed to the guy who ignored me but offered to help me with ammo. I decided not to look or purchase a gun and just got the ammo. After being help, the guy decided to wander over

Everything's so expensive? Also no selection of amo for most calibers, just sum shotgun shells which is also very $$$$$$$Too much for my wallet, but do have a good selection for outdoor gear lol which is also expensive!!

Dick’s shoe department was getting slammed and I needed sneakers. I’m very hard to fit and didn’t have much time. I decided that despite the many many people waiting and the fact that there was one poor girl trying to keep everyone happy, I’d look around and Hope for the best. Netanya was amazing!!! She was pleasant, efficient and well organized! I watched her single handedly work with numerous people getting them what they needed and coming back time and time again to make sure their needs were met. Quite frankly, the girl deserved a medal! Everyone-including me, left happy! Dick’s needs to recognize what a gem they have with Netanya!
