I had the worst experience, the way Samantha, and “manager” who gave me the wrong name by the way, was absolutely terrible, this employee talked down on me, was rude, disrespectful, had no idea what he or she was doing had to call the store manager David, to figure out what to do, at the end I had to help him do he’s job because he could not figure out how math works, this was embarrassing and the fact that this man is the manager in this store is disturbing to me how he’s leading all these employees. I am shock how I was treated!!!

Sadly, I will no longer be shopping at the store but Had frequented it very often. Just this last Sunday I was shopping in the store and it was very, very busy in there. The parking lot was full of cars and I see one cashier with a line of people down the drink aisle As I’m entering the store. I chopped her around the store for at least 15-20 minutes and still the line was down the aisle And continuing to grow, as I am myself stuck in line and two other people shocked that the line is all the way down the aisle behind me. Prior to jumping in line, I had noticed two gentlemen that I see frequently when I shop chopping it up in the back room, listening to music really loud so I had asked them. Could they help the cashier because the line is really long he proceeds to tell me that he has a truck to put away and that’s kind of a little bit more important And nutshell so I returned to the line telling me exactly what he said he heard me and it struck a cord. He then proceeded to verbally attack me in front of several customers and allowed an employee. The cashier attempted to help to do so as well. This went on for a couple of minutes as I continue to ask them please just cash me out so I can leave. He’s behind me talking about me to customers and the cashier is still antagonizing me as I’m asking her to leave me alone . Everyone else did idly by and said nothing. I thought I had built some good rapport with these managers so I was a little confused about how this man was talking to me as he’s claiming to be the manager not a very good look for the dollar tree. I’ll tell you luckily everything‘s on camera and I have contacted their corporate offices and I will be following through With the proper complaints. Shame on the store on the people you allowed to run and ruin it. If a truck was so important to put away, it wouldn’t look like a bomb went off in there all the time It would be safe for shoppers. I do plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. Do better dollar tree.

I recently visited this Dollar Tree; the aisles were cluttered and disorganized, making it hard to find anything. Many shelves were overflowing with random items. There were items and boxes down almost every aisle. So much that I could barely fit a shopping cart down them. There were different products in spots there weren’t supposed to be, such as an ice cream sandwich down a random aisle that was obviously melted. It’s like none of the workers see the issue. They are getting paid for a job they aren’t fulfilling. I understand this isn’t a “high-end” store, but that doesn't mean treat it poorly. Our cashier was surprising very nice; too bad her good attitude didn’t match the store. Very disappointing and most likely won’t be returning. ??

Store was an absolute mess and trashed as of September 16th. Can’t find anything because most inventory is thrown wherever they feel like; be it a box, the floor, or just random on the shelves. Absolutely sad to see given the huge amount of space they have, yet they’re treating it like a trash heap.

Even for a Dollar Tree this one is pretty bad. It's like someone looked at a shelf and went "This is good" and then launched all the merchandise out of their arms and left it where it was, even on the floor. This used to be a RiteAid, and you can tell because the interior is the same. It's like they invested no money into reopening it. The cashier was friendly, so 1 star for that. However, minus three stars for the dirtiest store ever. I don't expect much from a dollar store, but this one is pretty bad. I can almost guarantee a district manager has never set foot in this store with the state it's in. Sadly, I hope it improves because it's in a good location on a side of town without much for shopping areas.

Cashier- MATT was taking a personal phone call with his girlfriend on SPEAKER ? saying “ babe just wait this is the last person” I felt so uncomfortable ? proceeded to use fowl language I just couldn’t believe it. The chat was friendly but the fact she was on the phone I was so uncomfortable. She was going to hang up and matt pleaded with her not to. ???like your at work ?him - “i cant wait to home” lol to go home to talk to her seems like he cant live without her ?

I hate going here. It's always chaotic and messy. It's like a job requirement for employees to be rude. One employee, plus sized man with glasses and long "curly" hair, is racist and awful. He judges black kids and kicks them out instantly but will let white kids in no problem. And then gloats about it out loud in the store. I only go here if I need to but if I can avoid it I DO!

The people are very nice. But someone really needs to clean the entrance. The floors inside the store need to be mopped. I realize that about every workplace right now are short of employees but someone needs to clean it.

I would love this place more if the shelves were stocked and not selling out-dated food. It's a shame that it's gone downhill so fast. It was great when it first opened, but now? Sadly it's bad. I think it went downhill when it turned into a Dollar Tree Plus.

The store was absolutely filthy. I've never been into a store that was trashed the way it was. Garbage all over the aisles were you couldn't even push a cart through. The shelves looked like the products were just thrown . Absolutely horrendous. The manager should he ashamed of that store.
