Fedex is a nightmare- The driver can't follow delivery instructions and left it at a back door whice we NEVER use-- We have a secure porch when the package is delivered to the RIGHT address, PLUS no one will answer the phone just a stupid BOT which will not forward you to a person- representative, agent no wat to speak to anyone

I wish I knew what has happened to FedEx recently but they went from being excellent to absolute crap. Twice in one week they have delivered one of my packages to my neighbors house. Fortunately thanks to the picture the driver takes and uploads I recognize the front porch of my neighbor and am able to simply walk next door to get them when it happens but that’s not the point. I shouldn’t have to figure out where my package has been delivered and then go get it. I paid for a delivery service that is supposed to bring my packages to my door not my neighbors or anyone else’s in the neighborhood! My house is clearly marked with my address as is the neighbors house that they keep delivering my packages too. What really gets me going is FedEx’s waste of recourses. One day I had 3 separate packages coming all via FedEx. First arrives a little after 11 the second comes on a different truck around 11:30 and the third shows up on another truck around 2:30pm… why didn’t they all come on the same truck at the same time? Wouldn’t it have been cheaper and beneficial for everyone involved INCLUDING FedEx to deliver all three on one truck at the same time? It just doesn’t make sense to me…. Oh and one of the three packages I just mentioned was delivered to the wrong address too so at least they have being consistently bad at doing their jobs going for them. Frankly I don’t know why I’m bothering with this lengthy review. Almost all the reviews on here are negative and have something to do with packages being delivered incorrectly or the drivers being terrible for one reason or another. Clearly FedEx Watertown, NY doesn’t care enough to rectify the issue and neither does Corporate. Use UPS or USPS as often as possible, it’s worth the slightly higher shipping fee of UPS or the slower delivery times of USPS in my opinion.

Fedex customer service is subpar, when you try to call and talk to a real human being all you get is a robot! To be blunt very poor they need to correct some things and issues, this includes the cooperate office!

Said they delivered an item at 1:36 pm Monday. Nope. In fact the shipper tells me it was never mailed because it was out of stock. It really makes me wonder….

Apparently only illiterates drive and deliver for Fedex. I just received a guitar, and left a large note on the garage door to please place all packages inside of the garage. What does this delivery driver do? LEAVES A PACKAGE OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE IN THE POURING RAIN...CLEARLY MARKED AS A GUITAR AND IT'S JUST A WONDER NO ONE STOLE IT!

They constantly deliver my packages to a neighbor's house 2 doors down and not even to their main entrance but to a side door on a large house that does not even show numbers. They are not checking the numbers on the houses and verifying the correct address at all. This is the third time and although I have opened complaints each time, nothing changes.There is no way to reach the Watertown office directly and the #800 representatives are kind but not helpful.

I'm so sick and tired of the drivers from here. They constantly deliver to the wrong address, even if the address on the package is correct. I live on post, and all of Fort Drum has issues with the drivers being so incompetent in their deliveries. On top of that, they're lazy and don't deliver packages to your front door, but rather your garage like of package thievery isn't a thing. I've called corporate and complained about this issue, but clearly nothing gets done.

First time my package was to be delivered he stood in the middle of my driveway and turned around, second delivery same driver made it look like he knocked but actually never touched the door ( have both on camera) this delivery driver likes to play games. If you're waiting on a package I suggest you wait at the end of your driveway. It's probably the only way you'll get it.

Love waiting all day for a delivery and I get nothing for hours. But when I go to check each hour, one hour I find a tag saying they couldn't knock on a door.The package is very important and why the company chose this carrier is beyond me. Customer service was useless, just repeated what I already knew.

We’ve been in our house for a month and you’re the only shipping company that can’t seem to find our house. It doesn’t count as an attempted delivery if you never show up. I wish I could give you 0 stars.

This is how my neighbor's delivery of $$$$ prescription medicine was left on Monday.We have a drop box (closed building) for out deliveries! The driver was careless and too lazy to pull in and place the box in the structure.
