Went for Iphone Trade in as it was not taken by other nearby Fedex stores as its battery containing device. Very pleased with service.
Staff were very helpful.

Have called fedex 3 times to file a complaint about the driver leaving packages at the end of my driveway. You would think after 1 package got stolen they would say something to the driver. Never had this happen before packages have always been put on my porch.

What a horrible company to work with! You can’t get a human and their automated system is endless. Don’t ever use them if you want your packages delivered or even remotely reasonable customer service
