This was the quality of work that they did on my Telluride for the trailer hitch recall. The shrink tubing on one wire split and they simply taped over it. On another wire the shrink tubing was not correctly installed so it does not even fully contact the wire, leaving it unsealed and exposed, again they simply taped over it. This was on a trailer connector that is under the back of the vehicle exposed to water year round and salt during the winter. An update as of 9/27/23: (This originally was posted around May)- I forgot to mention as well that they took a bolt out of the trailer wire bracket(that did not need to be removed for the recall) and did not replace it.- The service manager is now lying and stating that they did not do this work, and that it must have been done later. They are refusing to correct their work.-Also note KIA customer service says to I need to work it out with this dealer or go to another dealer and pay out of pocket.I strongly advise you NOT buy a KIA if you're considering it, their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, and I would not want anyone else to ever have to deal with them. Google all the recent KIA recalls and be educated before you decide to buy KIA.

East or West, Greg is the best. Very professional and he handled everything very smoothly. Got my first car and I’m happy with the purchase and service. Thank You, Greg :) The reason why I gave 4 is bc the monthly payment went up from the time when I pre-booked vs the time when I went to sign the contract but they said it's Kia who has the control of that so idk. If it was only 2-3 dollars up I would have been okay but it went up by 15 dollars so that was a big no-no. Besides that, everything went smoothly. Greg is the best.

We made a appointment on Monday to drop off the car for the day. We told them something was draining the battery, could be our radio that had quit working. At 4:00 still no feedback. Called at 4:00 was told they had to pull it out and work on other cars. So they needed it for another day. Phil wanted me to call him at 10:00 . He told me he was waiting on the paperwork. Then only to find out they had never looked at the car Monday or Tuesday until 4:00. Yes they needed it another day. Finally after a all day back and forth on Wednesday we picked it up at 3:30. Then to top it all off. Phil tells my husband you should take that radio out, because you never know. Are you kidding me this is why we took it in. They didn’t do anything and kept it for 3 days. One lie after another. I would trade in my Kia before I would ever go back to this dealership. Worse experience ever and I had been in the car business for over 20 years.

Extremely rude service. All I asked was to be put on the books to have my car serviced. That ended up in a 20 minute conversation of him telling me he may not be able to fix my car. It could be a while till he fixes my car. Then he told me I was better off going somewhere else. Bottom line if you don't buy from them, don't think they're going to fix your car because it's not going to happen. The guy will do everything to make you change your mind. Very rude services.Just to add, I was told my car would not be u under warranty AT ALL. BEING I DID NOT BUY THE CAR FROM KIA. I just took my car to Matthew Kia, everything my car needed done was fully covered under a warranty. So if they tell you your car does not fall under warranty. Make sure you do your research or just go elsewhere.

I have been having an issue with my telluride for several months. Multiple sensors turn on and off. I recorded videos of the issue since it was an intermittent problem when it first started. The service manager told me it was snow blocking my sensors. I informed him it was most likely a an unstable voltage issue. I have reported this to kia corporate. This dash issue is now impacting my speedometer and tach. I have also reported this to the NHTSA.I do not record this site for any service. It takes forever to get an appointment and the techs at the desk are incompetent.

The staff greeted my disabled father outside when he pulled up for oil change service and NY state inspection. My parents are very happy with their 2 KIAs and I'm impressed with their customer service and treatment of my elderly parents

Very easy dealership to work with. The smoothest process in buying a vehicle I've ever experienced. I love, love my new 2023 Sportage hybrid.

I had an apt for a NYS inspection for my 2019 Kia Sportage with only 16k miles on it.. the apt was well within the expiration date on the inspection tag. I arrived at the dealership for them to tell me they were unable to do my inspection due to their “system being down.” It would have been nice to get a call bf I drove all the way there. They were not able to get me in for another inspection apt until weeks after the expiration date. I figured no big deal, car is in great shape, I’m certain it will pass. After about 20 mins they tell me all four brake pads and rotors have failed inspection and will need to be replaced at $850 for the whole deal. At this point my inspection sticker has been scraped off and I have no choice but to do these repairs. I had the car for exactly one year and put less than 2k miles on it. I could see needing the pads replaced but the fact that a car with 16k miles on it needs new rotors does not compute. They usually don’t need replacing until 30-50k miles. It’s not like I’m off roading with the thing. I feel completely taken advantage of and will never, ever use the Kia service center for anything not covered under warrantee. Certainly would not recommend anyone take their vehicle there for NYS inspection. Esp if your sticker has expired. Really disappointed with this outcome as I had good experience there with items covered under warrantee.

We came here for an oil change, took way over an hour and the time they gave.Completely no customer service! No one was welcoming we felt completely judged! And when we got our vehicle back it had a small dent on our drivers side!Brought it up to their Manager Brian.P.And he wanted nothing to do with the scenario stating no one did that to the car!And basically saying to my spouse and I that it was Impossible. And I do not believe that I asked if there was any surveillance cameras and they DONT HAVE ANY!What kind of business doesn’t have surveillance cameras! And that day I called the cops and filed a police report since we got told there’s nothing he can do and it’s not their fault and basically to leave. No help whatsoeverAs we explained we have a lease with KIA and they are gonna ding us for the small damage that this DEALERSHIP!Watch out for these places you think you bring your car to a dealership and nothing can go wrong! And we thought wrong!!!I definitely don’t recommend coming here such a small lot location nothing to offer completely rude staff and looking at us with nasty looks, very unacceptable for a business establishment.

Can't believe the service we received here. Wife had a Sorento fall under warranty, brought it to FX Kia in May. Say for quite a while until getting tested for the warranty, understandable. Qualifies, wait for the parts to come in, again I get it. Then wait another few weeks, constantly getting the run around by Phil in service. Hell, I had to start calling from my work and blocked numbers otherwise I would never get answered/called back!Get told it's going to be done and ready for pick up on 8-5, no dice, tells me another week. Finally get the car back today 8-10, in the cup holder is a half full coffee that's been sitting there presumably since May when towed in, car stinks terribly. The kicker? get told we have to pay for the battery and something else, told $280 plus tax, so 302.40 right? why did we pay nearly $400? Really hate to even write this review, but being that I work in customer service I know this was a terrible example for this company. Sad
