Failed my father’s car for inspection for “brake pedal going down too fast” while his brakes were completely fine. He got passed by another facility within hours. They are money hungry and will lie to you about your vehicle to get more money out of you.

I went to this shop several times, but the last visit was enough for me to never come back. I took my car in for a brake noise, and they told me I needed almost $500 in parts plus $180 in labor. On top of that, they charged me $132 for an inspection that was supposed to last one hour, but they only looked at the car for no more that 20 minutes.
Later, I went to another mechanic and the real problem was very simple,They fixed it for free and inspection for free and now my car works perfectly.
The worst part is that they make you sign the inspection before, and even if it takes less than the promised time, you still pay the full amount. Don’t fall for it—if they seem friendly, it’s only to charge you unnecessary costs.
If you want to waste money on repairs you don’t actually need, this is the place. If you want an honest mechanic, go somewhere else. Listen to other people’s reviews before going, because they’re true.

Never again will I take my vehicles here for the NYS inspection. I've used them twice for NYS inspections. The first time my car went through with no issues. This year when I brought the same car in, they threatened to fail my car for its factory window tint unless I paid them to remove it. Now, this is a 2011 prius that has been passing NYS inspections since 2018, and this is the first time the window tint has been an issue. Over $200 to remove the factory window tint and now my windows bind going up. I have to raise the windows incrementally, otherwise they bind and trigger the saftey mechanism that rolls them down again.
I will never go to them again.
