Called because I needed a new battery for my SamsungS9+.The young lady on the phone repeatedly told me that they don't service Samsung phones that are not 9s....?????...I gave up trying to reason with her, she was clearly not listening. Not sure if they just like deterring people aka work but that explains the terrible reviews and overall customer service ?

On the phone with geek squad they said they were able to fix my monitor. But In person they said they do not fix monitors and that I would have too purchase a new one.

The only reason that I'm giving this two stars is because the customer service representative that answer the phone was very polite and kind, other than that I would have given it a one-star because they only caters to rich people's phones such as iPhones and Samsungs nothing else, SMH. Very limited knowledge of cell phones.

Jimmy Simpson from geek squad took me same day, dropped off my ASUS laptop. Saved me money by signing up for a geek squad membership while providing excellent customer service. Saved me time by not having to make an appointment just to drop off my laptop. Thanks Jimmy.

Be prepared to be jerked around. 1. Ordered a TV and TV wall mount at 2pm for 1 hour curbside pick up. 2. Waited 2 hours to call and ask why order was not yet fulfilled. 3. 2.5 hours later, called and went inside store to see if we could expedite 1 hour curbside. 4. 3 hours later order cancelled, after we were told TV was in stock, when salesperson came out and gave us the wall mount. 5. Had to go inside to buy a different TV. If it weren't a convenience & time situation, Best Buy of Watertown would not have gotten our business today. They won't from now on.

Terrible customer service, order pick up online, send someone to pic up for me but they won't let him pick up. I have to cancel the order, this is how you lose business.

If I could give less than one star, I certainly would. I went into the store yesterday, with a baby and toddler, to purchase a washer/dryer set and couldn't get anyone to help me. Several people were complaining of the poor service and walking out. I waited as long as I could then left. Today I called the store 4 times and was on hold greater than 15 each time and never got an answer. I then tried to purchase online, but had a couple questions so did the online chat. Oscar L. couldn't answer all my questions and advised me to "get to the store" to find out. What?!?! Then he let me know that only the dryer of the so called set was available; the washer wasn't even available to be ordered. Then why was it advertised as a set you ask... I have no earthly idea! I still need a washer/dryer, but will not be purchasing from Best Buy.

If I could give this place a straight 0/no stars I would. Went in to change carriers on two phone lines, planned on purchasing two phones and they didn't even put the effort in helping me. When I asked for someone the guy didn't seem interested in doing his job, or helping me, gave me excuses about it would take long for the process, preferred to be on his phone. Never going back to this store again. I rather drive to Syracuse. They need to hire people who actually want to work and help customers.

I had purchased a telephoto lens for my camera of the same brand. While it did fit, it was not fully functional. The autofocus function did not work, and I am a novice photographer so making manual adjustments at this stage is not practical. I wrote to the local store explaining my situation and the fact that the return time had passed. The store manager called me and gave me a full in-store refund. Very pleased.
