Excellent Service! My guys were broke down out of town. Josh came quickly to get our vehicle towed to a local dealer for repair. Pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend!

I drive a truck and pull a 3500lb trailer. I was on a customers property and got stuck in the yard. I was told it was ok to drive on the lawn. Unfortunately it was not. After I called Josh he came out with his bigger truck and pulled me out. I was about 300 feet from where he could sadly get me hooked up. It was nothing for his rig to get me out. Thanks for saving the day sir!

The owner & his father are shiesty & horrible! They tried to trick my friend into surrendering her vehicle to them by lying about what her insurance company said to them. Her car was towed here after an accident that left some bumper damage & they tried to convince her that her insurance company had totaled the vehicle and given them permission to crush it.The only damage her vehicle had was to the bumper and the only reason it had been towed here was because the bumper was dragging on the ground…all they had to do was secure the bumper and they would be able to drive off with it. It was by no means totaled! My husband had driven her there and brought zip tape so that they could lift the bumper up and drive her car so that she wouldn’t have to keep paying for storage. They told her to take her belongings out of the car and take the plates off as well (aka surrender her vehicle to them). When my husband said that they were going to call her insurance company to double check what he was telling them, the dad started threateningly yelling and completely went off on him. My husband was calm the whole time and honestly had no idea why the man got so hostile with them. They called the insurance company and were assured by a representative that the car had not been totaled out at all—on the contrary—the insurance company had contacted Josh’s towing a week prior and given them instructions to release the vehicle! My husband handed the phone to the dad so that the insurance representative could tell him this information, and when the guy saw that things weren’t gonna go his way he started yelling and threatening at the insurance agent! If my friend had taken her belongings out of the car and taken the plates off, they would have effectively surrendered the vehicle and Josh’s Towing would have made money off of selling the crushed material or selling the car to be auctioned off. After realizing that my husband wasn’t going to let them get away with what they were trying to do, they said that they would not release the vehicle unless they were paid cash in hand, and they tried to charge my friend about $3,000 for only 10 days of storage. They also refused to let them drive the car away and refused to let any tow company come remove the vehicle, except for one company that they approved of.My husband and friend left so that she could get the cash to retrieve her vehicle and the next day they returned with a police escort because they didn’t want to have a repeat of the previous days experiences. Low and behold, Josh & his dad completely changed their tune as soon as they saw the police escort! The total they were charging suddenly dropped by almost half and they were very cooperative. They actually tried to convince the police officer that my husband and friend were the problem, not them!My friend’s insurance company has since informed her that they are blacklisting Josh‘s Towing from their receiving locations so that none of their representatives or clients ever have to deal with this bullsh*t ever again. Apparently, they had called back the previous day to speak with Josh hoping to have a more productive conversation than the one they’d had with his dad but clearly the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree because he got hostile and was yelling at them, too! Good grief!!ETA: their reply to this review completely glosses over the main issues. I’m not surprised that they don’t seem to understand that they shouldn’t lie to customers in an attempt to trick them into surrendering their vehicle, yell at customers when they don’t fall for it (making them feel unsafe), or yell at insurance agents, or attempt to grossly overcharge people. People shouldn’t have to have a police escort in order to be treated fairly here.

I was devastated right before Christmas 2021, when I was pulled over for a suspended registration because of a lapse of insurance. My mother had been in hospital four times in two months during summer and was too sick to pay attention to bills.Anyway, the State Trooper called Josh’s Towing for the impound. He was there within 20 minutes. The car was at the shop from Thursday until the Thursday right before Christmas weekend. As a single mom, I was struggling with Christmas, as it was. Now left without transportation, a viable means to get to work from out of town, and no money hardly for Christmas, let alone a hefty impound charge. The charge was close to $600 for the days…with a couple days not charged and half price to town car to my home. I was devastated. The car would have to sit and accrue fees…I had no choice. Josh’s Father and josh called me on the phone, knowing how upset I was. They asked if I had kids and how old….2 girls, 11 and 14. They said they would drop the car off the next day, and would have a gift for my kids (nice hat and mitten set) and asked if I could come up with a $100 bucks. My heart filled with gratitude…I was so very blessed at that moment and relieved. Both Josh’s said: “Merry Christmas to you and your girls!” Words can not express how very thankful I am! Josh’s Towing and Recovery were my Guardian Angels this Holiday Season!!! Good things will come your way….your kindness is remarkable!!! Happy and Healthy New Year!!! ~K.A.RServices: Car towing
