Unaccommodating and rude what seems to be maybe a manger as everyone looks at her in order to complete any transaction ! She was not even trying to be helpful. I’ve had the unpleasure of having to go in there a handful of time in the past 20 years and it’s always the same !

Misinformation amongst staff, you will get a different answer from them all. I was told I needed $500 in deposits to not receive a monthly maintenance charge, I was charged it and refunded it. Another staff said I should have been charged because I need $1000 in deposits monthly. Then I receive overdraft charges due to a federal holiday, was told I would be refunded several times and today they tell me I’ve exceeded my refund allowance for a 12 month calendar. We’re in a pandemic and financially unstable as it is and this bank does not care that they took a huge percentage of my deposit for this overdraft. Go elsewhere!!!!

I opened up a bank account October 7th and they told me I should be getting my debit card in the mail in 5-7 business days, it’s been almost 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my debit card. I am not happy and I would not recommend this bank.

To be completely honest...I've had a Watertown savings bank account, Woodforest, wells Fargo, & this bank would be the last bank I reccomend. It isn't horrible but it's not great they have a lot to work on.

Know the rules of the account you open or exists otherwise there are penalties. Overall the personal is helpful to your needs

My son overdrew $2.00 and has been charged $154 for the charge. This is the second time this has happened. Their order of transactions is 1. overdraft fee that typically isn't even added in until the next day 2. debits starting with the largest, not the first, then 3. deposits no matter what time of day money was put in the account. It is criminal.
