“Definitely one of the better moving/packing experiences Ive had. The team was very nice and professional, explained the whole process as well as all of the paperwork to us. We are now in GA unpacking and have very minimal damages and I am impressed with the packing job and how much paper was used to protect our stuff. Considering we had 30 whole days between homes and our stuff went into storage, i was expecting a lot of damage! Pleasantly surprised to say the least.”

“We just used Upack to move from
upstate NY to Florida. Overall, a great experience. Service was top notch and they respond very easily and at most hours. We had a little trouble with the loading dock operation but they quickly responded and resolved it. Our stuff did get a little wet in some spots and we found some ants when we unloaded. Not sure where these two things came from, but we were able to overcome that easily. Nothing important got wet. You only pay for the number of feet used, which is awesome. We had estimated 20 feet and only used 13’ so our price dropped $1200. Drivers were friendly and helpful as were the phone reps. I would 100% use Upack again. The price ended up being about the same as a Uhaul truck rental and we didn’t have to pay the fuel or drive! It was a huge win!!”
