Ashley, in the grooming department, is our absolute favorite! I have been bringing my corgi, Fergus, to Petco for grooming since I brought him home at 17 weeks. Ashley and Fergus quickly grew a bond and always wiggles his little heart butt whenever they are reunited! I trust Ashley with Fergus, wholeheartedly(and I’m a helicopter dog mom, not going to lie)! She always does exactly what I ask, takes her time, sends me the cutest spa day pictures and leaves my boy looking handsome as ever! She’s even able to trim his nails without a problem! Fergus is very dramatic, as are most corgis! As long as Ashley is at Petco Grooming, I will be bringing Fergus there to be groomed!

The customer service given by Mrs Kara was amazing, I feel better prepared for purchasing a reptile, I highly suggest a visit and have faith she'd be able to assist with any questions you'd have.

I was in there a few days ago and an employee named Kara was so very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked about and provided me with all the knowledge I needed to make a decision about purchasing a reptile in the near future she deserves a raise or promotion for how much she had helped me that day!

There are only 2 people I trust when it comes to Fish, Keeton and Kara. Super knowledgeable associates and always break it down hamburger & hotdog style for my sake.

Out of 2 batches of 7 fish only 5 remain. My water was good and damn near perfect I think their shipments of fish have something wrong with them cuz there's no way the fish should have died

I had a horrible experience at pet co in Watertown today I drove from Ogdensburg to Watertown pet co I went in store to select some fish I looked around made a decision and looked around for some help there was no one in the fish area but I saw 3 girls attending a dog grooming? Any way they explained they didn’t work at the store they were there representing a veterinarian clinic I then went to the only cashier on register and asked if he could call someone to help with fish plz he said the fish person was on break or lunch and I would have to wait ( not sure for what or how long) I spotted a girl over where they train or adopt dogs I asked if she worked there and said yes but I am busy I can’t help you I tried to explain I just wanted some help getting some fish could she call someone that could help me she dismissed me and walked away so I got in line at the one open register waited my turn to speak with the male cashier on duty who had already blew me off previously I again asked to get some help at the fish area and I asked to see a manager he ignored me and said I had to wait not sure for what or how long I said politely I would like to see a manager he said I am the manager and you have to wait I explained I had driven a long way to get there he was rude and dismissed me again first I don’t believe he was a manager his name tag did not say so secondly there was no empathy such as I am sorry we are a little short handed give me a couple minutes and I will find someone to help you or I am sorry but the only person in the whole store that can help customers with fish is on break but they will be back in 10 minutes I am sorry to inconvenience you but we are short handed or busy or whatever but I received no courtesy from either employee no help with the situation I have never been treated worse or more arrogantly I did not swear at them or yell I just wanted to buy some gosh that I had driven an hour to get I was a customer they treated me like a burden and pet co if you are the reason ( hours)they are short handed shame on you on a Sunday afternoon but irregardless the attitude from the employees was unacceptable I won’t be going back so upset and disappointed in a company of your stature would allow employees to act in such a way I know you won’t lose any sleep over this complaint but just so angry that me a paying customer wanted to just buy some fish ( put money into the store) and was treated so poorly and dismissed as if I was a problem bet plenty of other people have had this issue I am sure I am not the only one over worked or under valued your employees are rude and unhelpful☹️

The employees there are kind and helpful! I had some in-app pricing that I wanted matched and the cashier was extremely helpful in doing so for me on my purchase and ending up saving me several dollars in the process. Thanks Petco!
