“Wish they never moved from Syracuse New York. However, made a order with a mentor of mines. came from Syracuse to Watertown to pick up order and guess what? They only had have the order filled! Half? So okay, Everyone makes mistakes. But... Some mistakes are very adoivable. The one they made SHOULD have been there and waiting on us. They gave us a discount of course due to the inconvenience but like I said, some things are very available and this was one that should have been. Thanks for the discount but very bad business, sorry, shouldn't have had happen. Period. But love your store and services.”

I needed scripts filled (my Dr. is in CT) I contacted my Dr and Mike and Ashley were amazing getting them filled. They are professional, kind and helpful. I highly recommend CVS in Watertown.”

“I personally got a really great feeling about the Pharmacy itself. Due to the fact I called yesterday to transfer prescriptions from where I was living to where I’m moving to in Watertown. Let me tell you the receptionist who picked the phone up was so kind and polite and respectful, and Treated me nicely Also was very helpful in every aspect possible because where I am coming from it’s not like that people frown down on you the medication or whatever it may be But at this pharmacy, they treat everybody as a human like we all should be treated the same so if I could give you guys 1 million stars, I would great job great Pharmacy amazing staff keep it up guys…???”
“I'm clubbing like three times a week. Seriously, here all. the. time. between personal and work shopping. Good prices on household items. Rotisserie chicken is tasty and convenient. Half my wardrobe is from their clothing section. Small selection of books, but prices are good on what they do have. Cafe is not to be missed! Brownie sundae is less than $2 and has like two whole brownies and a caramel drizzle in it. Frozen yogurt is tasty and reminds me of a thicker Wendy's frosty. Pizza is pretty decent considering how cheap it is. This location has a new FujiSan sushi station. I've only gotten something from it once, but I enjoyed it. Not the best sushi ever but respectable. Restrooms are usually kept pretty clean. The only thing that really annoys me about this place is that they have recently started asking to see your member card at the door. It's a hassle. It backs up entering traffic. I can't buy anything without a card anyway. Seems kind of pointless to me.”
“Got pickup for the first time and had no idea where the pick up was. When the gentleman called me he gave me clear instructions on where around the building to go and was very patient. Only complaint is the flour in my pickup was busted open and all over the bag.”

“A pain medication for my wife was supposed to be called in by her Dentist but because of computer issues today it wasn't received when I visited Walgreens. The pharmacist Mike got on the phone and called my wife's Dentist, he was able to get approval for my wife's pain meds. Outstanding job Mike, many Thanks to you.”
