“When I go to Sam's I need to get the best best buy date for resale. I was looking at the Diet Pepsi and the best buy date was a month away. The employees got a fork lift, pulled a whole case off the top shelf down, and grabbed me one package off of it. I felt so bad they had to do so much work for just one package for me, but they assured me that it was totally fine. They were so kind and helpful! Great service and wonderful experience.”

“Store advertise it’s open till 8 pm on Saturday, walk in after 20 minute drive, pharmacy closed at 6pm in the drug pick up. Please post your crazy hours on line. Between the lunch closed hours and this, please add it online for people who need to know when they can get their needed drugs.”

“Got pickup for the first time and had no idea where the pick up was. When the gentleman called me he gave me clear instructions on where around the building to go and was very patient. Only complaint is the flour in my pickup was busted open and all over the bag.”

“I'm clubbing like three times a week. Seriously, here all. the. time. between personal and work shopping. Good prices on household items. Rotisserie chicken is tasty and convenient. Half my wardrobe is from their clothing section. Small selection of books, but prices are good on what they do have. Cafe is not to be missed! Brownie sundae is less than $2 and has like two whole brownies and a caramel drizzle in it. Frozen yogurt is tasty and reminds me of a thicker Wendy's frosty. Pizza is pretty decent considering how cheap it is. This location has a new FujiSan sushi station. I've only gotten something from it once, but I enjoyed it. Not the best sushi ever but respectable. Restrooms are usually kept pretty clean. The only thing that really annoys me about this place is that they have recently started asking to see your member card at the door. It's a hassle. It backs up entering traffic. I can't buy anything without a card anyway. Seems kind of pointless to me.”

“This kinney drugs has redeemed my faith in the company..they were extremely busy but I was still greeted with a smile..my prescriptions were perfect..excellent customer service!! The staff on state street needs to teach alexandria bay and clayton kinney drugs how to act and how to interact with the public..no last names but lexy is the nastiest human I know..she had me in tears many times and embarrassed me in front of everyone.. staff and customers alike..she demanded in a loud voice that i ezplain my medical diagnosis and why I'm taking these medications. I have a right to privacy and my medical history is none of her business she is not a part of my medical team.. My doctor decides..my plan of care and prescriptions he deems appropriate NOT the pharmacist..I explained that to her and she flipped out. She manipulated the whole conversation and blamed me for her behavior she said I was aggressive and kicked me outta her pharmacy.. forever but she was the one screaming at me in front of everyone..I really wish I could record her and send it to her boss. She would be fired on the spot. I don't understand why she would pick a job that deals with the public She'd be better suited to work as a funeral directer..cant scream at the dead !!!!”

“I’ve been going to this location to ship FedEx packages for a few weeks. Today I brought a 12”x8”x10” box in. When I brought it in, the woman at the photo/drop off location was extremely rude. She asked what was in the package, and I said an electric wax warmer (plug in; no battery). She said they don’t ship electronics. I looked it up on the website and the policy says nothing about that. She said “it’s not on the website”. Then she said my package is too big (less than 5lbs). Called customer service and they affirmed this is not a policy and my package is within regulation. Filed a complaint because I felt she just didn’t want to take my package and was extremely rude. I just dropped off at Dollar General with absolutely no issues.
What is the purpose of having a FedEx drop off if I can’t drop off an extremely basic package? No other employee has ever been rude or refused me for any shipments before.

Wanted to update. Came back to location to speak to manager Brandy and she was fantastic and took my package with no issues. Also called customer service back to give Brandy a positive review and let them know the issue was resolved. Thank you Brandy. I appreciate you.”

“I really don’t mind this Pharmacy and by far it’s not the most terrible that I’ve encountered. I feel like in person is maybe a little bit better because you get to be face-to-face with somebody but there are times over the phone when the staff is pretty rude and they hang up on you abruptly. They don’t even say thank you or you’re welcome when I always use manners unless I’m having a bad day which I get it that sometimes people do but if somebody is being nice to you at least return the favor it’s not that hard”
