I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months now because i do not go to planet fitness. I moved out of water town and 2019 and i just noticed November 2023 that they still take money from my account I tried to call them and cancel and they were very rude about it and said they want me to pay them again so i can cancel my membership. This is outrageous

I give this one 4 stars only because there is a guy who hops on the bike almost every day and sings at the top of his lungs and plays the air guitar. It's honestly the most annoying thing in the world. We all have headphones on for a reason, I don't want to hear what your listening too. I wear studio beats over the ear headphones that are noise canceling and I can still hear this guy no matter where I am in the gym. The staff need to tell him to stop because its disturbing all of us. I just became a member here and I'm pretty close to just making the drive on post and canceling my membership because I at least don't have to listen to a guy belting out his tunes every day.please do something about this guy.

There is a guy “singing” on top of his lung every day at about 12:00pm. It was funny at first but it’s just extremely annoying at this point, it’s getting to the part that I get super frustrated and have to leave early because I cannot listen to that anymore. STAFF! PLEASE TALK TO THIS GUY! He is not alone in there and needs to respect his surrounding. I don’t understand why you have a lunk alarms in there when you have this guy just being weird as hell, screaming on top of his lungs.

Allows you to sign up and charge you no signatures needed but comes time to cancel and they absolutely refuse to do it unless you come in in person or send a certified letter, absolutely ridiculous and the place is also filthy half the time as well.

Was there to open a new membership and sad to say that the staff didn't seem to care. Wait a few mins for the woman there to finish talking to another member about her getting hit on by some random guy. The guy that was working there didn't seem like he was happy to be there. Actually, both employees seemed seemed unfriendly and didn't greet anyone who came in.Went to the YMCA where I got better customer service. Planet Fitness should do a better job when hiring people

I attempted to join this gym through the Active & Fit Program which is through insurance and costs $30 a month. This gym had signed up for this program to be open to users. I have walked in or joined to over 10 gyms across the country through this program and the process has always been easy. However, when I showed up I was asked for information that has never been asked of me before and referring that I need to call my insurance company. I even provided the directions to the staff on how to sign up an Active & Fit member if an associate is unaware of the program. However, they continued to ask for information I never heard of or even been asked before. This staff seems to be lacking knowledge about the program they signed up for.
