“My unit is near the entry door which was best since I had to move every item by myself when the shipper dropped it all off. The door was easy to open repeatedly for box after box and I used the hall space to organize for best arrangement and fit in the unit.”

“Definitely one of the better moving/packing experiences Ive had. The team was very nice and professional, explained the whole process as well as all of the paperwork to us. We are now in GA unpacking and have very minimal damages and I am impressed with the packing job and how much paper was used to protect our stuff. Considering we had 30 whole days between homes and our stuff went into storage, i was expecting a lot of damage! Pleasantly surprised to say the least.”

“Getting our rental was a bit slow, but it wasn't Benjamin's (our agent) fault. They were short-staffed on a Sunday. I get it. I've worked in the service and retail industry before. People get sick/call off and there's not much you can do.Benjamin was polite, and personable, yet remained professional, despite dealing with multiple waiting customers.I lucked out and they had the vehicle I wanted for the time length I needed it for. I definitely rolled the dice by not making a reservation, and I'd recommend doing so in the future if possible.I did need to call once, after getting the rental because it was one of those new-fangled keyless key fobs, and I wasn't aware of it's location (or I missed Benjamin mentioning it to me more than likely), but Benjamin was able to tell me where it was.I was (at the time of return) ill, so my wife returned the truck for me. It was a smooth and painless process for her. And in my wife's words "it felt too easy". Honestly, that's beyond perfect. Big thanks to Mike and crew at U-Haul Moving and Storage of Watertown for making this an easy and painless process for us.”
