“The temp controlled building on Water Street is very nice, however, my unit door latch at the outdoor storage on Rt. 283 is rusty and difficult to move. The staff are friendly, but I was disappointed I couldn't rent two units side by side as the unit assignments are generated through the computer. If a staff member rented it to me, the rent was much higher. Aaand the unit next to mine is still empty! Crazy.”

“I have had different storage units here over the past 8 years. The units are clean and the overhead doors work well. I often retrieve items from the unit in the winter months with no problem.. the area between units are always plowed. The crew in the office are pleasant and accommodating. I won't go anywhere else!”

“Getting our rental was a bit slow, but it wasn't Benjamin's (our agent) fault. They were short-staffed on a Sunday. I get it. I've worked in the service and retail industry before. People get sick/call off and there's not much you can do.Benjamin was polite, and personable, yet remained professional, despite dealing with multiple waiting customers.I lucked out and they had the vehicle I wanted for the time length I needed it for. I definitely rolled the dice by not making a reservation, and I'd recommend doing so in the future if possible.I did need to call once, after getting the rental because it was one of those new-fangled keyless key fobs, and I wasn't aware of it's location (or I missed Benjamin mentioning it to me more than likely), but Benjamin was able to tell me where it was.I was (at the time of return) ill, so my wife returned the truck for me. It was a smooth and painless process for her. And in my wife's words "it felt too easy". Honestly, that's beyond perfect. Big thanks to Mike and crew at U-Haul Moving and Storage of Watertown for making this an easy and painless process for us.”

“I love Ustore I started at the location at Murrock circle on Bradley Street in Watertown NY but decided to get a larger unit closer to I81 in Watertown NY I feel like they are the best self storage I have found in upstate NY. The storage units are high and dry and you can even get climate controlled units. With good security, outside lighting, they are very clean and even have places for boats or other things if needed. From big to small they have it all. Amy and Matt are the nicest people, When I was late on my payment because my wallet was stolen, all I had to do was call and they worked with me. I highly recommend ustore to all my friends and family.”
