“Beautiful, clean facility and nice workers in store. U-Haul rentals with local storage is super convenient, especially so close to the military base (Fort Drum). They also have boxes and moving supplies, which I will be using next time I need them for my move.”
“My unit is near the entry door which was best since I had to move every item by myself when the shipper dropped it all off. The door was easy to open repeatedly for box after box and I used the hall space to organize for best arrangement and fit in the unit.”
“After viewing other rental places, the shoals was exceptional. Great Apartment and the view from our patio is awesome. When experienced issues they were addressed in a timely manner. Great dog park, recycling area as well as waste area kept clean.”
“Online was fast sign up and got a unit and it was simple to fill out..wasnt sure if the online actually didnt update the availability but they keep it up to date”
“I am a VERY SHORT female and went to this location to sit in the driver seat to see if I could reach the pedals to drive the truck myself. I couldn't get up into the cab due to the height from the ground and needed a stepstool but they only had ladders. I returned a few days later with my own stepstool so I could do what I wanted to do. I was thrilled that I could actually accomplish what I needed to do and drive myself!
i reserved a truck that night!
Absolutely zero issues with the equipment or anything else! Will definitely return if the need arises!”

“Definitely one of the better moving/packing experiences Ive had. The team was very nice and professional, explained the whole process as well as all of the paperwork to us. We are now in GA unpacking and have very minimal damages and I am impressed with the packing job and how much paper was used to protect our stuff. Considering we had 30 whole days between homes and our stuff went into storage, i was expecting a lot of damage! Pleasantly surprised to say the least.”
“Staff was beyond great, very helpful. They facilitated the process when I needed to switch the truck (I need a bigger one). The vehicles are old (like every single truck) but they were clean!”
“the people that work here are so nice. I needed a locker fast and they were able to accommodate all my needs including picking the keys up after hours and just everything I through at them. They were really easy to understand, new there products inside and out, got everything ready over the phone. we were coming from out of town late at night.. It went so smooth that I can't believe it”
“This company packed me in & out of Fort Drum (about 3.5 years apart). Zero damage to my HHGs. I’ve never had my dishes packed more securely. Employees were professional both times.”

“I have had different storage units here over the past 8 years. The units are clean and the overhead doors work well. I often retrieve items from the unit in the winter months with no problem.. the area between units are always plowed. The crew in the office are pleasant and accommodating. I won't go anywhere else!”
