Stopped at 1120, ordered a chili dog... chili isnt ready yet. I ordered a hotdog, it's ok.Wife ordered chicken tenders, they were over done.Her onion rings were soggy and falling apart, not the crispy ones she got last time. Hopefully was just a bad day there. Woman taking our order was very friendly and helpful.

EVERY TIME I come here it’s always at least 20/30 minute wait to order anything through the drive thru. The inside has been closed for years, always a long wait, and always out of something. There needs to be more workers here. I’m surprised this sonic hasn’t been shut down yet.

Kayla the drive thru person was extremely rude, I got a parge pickle fry and it was filled a quarter of the way so I asked if I could get it filled the rest of the way politely. She then accused me of eating some after I pulled it out of the bag in front of her and realized it was not full. Then proceeds to go inside angrily making more rude comments.

Been here recently to get the Eclipse slush floats. I read previously that they aren't responsive to the parking order stations, the places where you park your car, push the red button, place your order and they bring it out to you. That's true, which initially upset me as I was waiting for a while and got no response. But the drive-thru line was moving at a steady pace so I thought I would give that a try and I got my order placed and the girl who I paid and gave me my order was very sweet. The Eclipse slush floats were DELICIOUS and I also ordered fries and they were good also.So the food isn't the problem, and the people working there aren't bad. I read that they're very short-staffed at the moment which would explain why they aren't responding to the parking order stations. Everything here to me seems perfectly fine, but if they can't respond to the parking stations then they need to place traffic cones or place a sign on them saying to either order inside or go to the drive-through, that would save this location a lot of bad reviews.So overall this isn't a bad place, but they need to be more upfront with what's going on internally that's causing a lack of response to the parking stations so that customers aren't leaving upset and feeling their time has been wasted.

Please do not waste your time at this establishment. I have been living in Watertown for 5 years now, and every time I come to this location a 10 to 15 minute stop turns into 45 minutes. Soon as I get to the drive-thru window I'm asked to "wait a minute" and I am on hold in the drive-thru for more than 10 to 15 minutes before they even take my order. Then once they take my order approximately 25 to 30 minutes to make it. Sometimes they only have two people here other times I've only seen one person. I feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with working at this establishment basically by themselves.Also when you get your food it is always overtly salty. Even the hotdog, as if they boil them in salt water. I even went out on a lim and visited around 8:30ish and still the same results I'm asked to wait a minute for 10 minutes before the the service rep takes my order. I really hope they fix this.

Awful customer service at Sonic in watertown about my bad experiences. This last time was so bad I reached out to Sonic and the manager over operations told me one thing and now the general manager Jamie is telling me something totally different. I love Sonic but I will never go to this location in watertown again. All you get is dried out bugers, cold tots and shakes not made correctly. Don't waste your money, cause they truly don't care or will just give you an excuse.

Just pulled up in line. There was no cars in front of me. Was asked to wait a minute of course we can do that. 5 minutes goes by and we're asked if we can please wait a couple more minutes. There was some orders that were placed before we pulled up and they're trying to complete them. Okay, I'll give someone a break. It's Sunday. They start to inform us they only have small and medium cups. There is no large or route 44 cups and the Chili's not ready if we wanted that. Tell them we were not interested in Chile. Just need a drink. They said hold on one more minute. After 10 minutes we pulled away.

Paid ahead of time and pressed the red button and nobody answered us (the button timed out and we had to press it 2 more times). We tried to go see what was going on by walking in but their lobby is closed. We went to the drive-thru which was an unimaginably long wait for only 3 cars being there (upwards of 30 minutes). Don't come to this location, atrocious service.

Went through the drive-thru for shakes, long lineup that moved quickly, but you don't feel rushed when ordering. Great selection of drinks. Shakes are triple thick and flavourful.No issues with our order at all. Will be sure to visit again next shopping trip.

Used the app took my money. Pulled into the stall could not check in. Hit button to talk with someone rudely told if I wanted to order to go through the driethru. They then Hung up on.The stall before I could say anything. Went through the drive thru told they did not have my order. They could not give me a refund or my food and to call the 1800 number. Where I was told 7 to 10 business days and they were sorry for the experience I had at the Watertown store.
