They didn't even charge me for my order because the initial print had a mistake. They reprinted it on the house. Excellent service and the final cards came out great!

Price was amazing. Quality very good. Next day pick was actually 3 day pick up. Cards were supposed to be printed on 2 sides, only printed on 1 side. Service is store was appropriate and acceptable.

I am visiting Watertown and had to stop by staples to get some items printed and a really nice man helped me and my daughter. I think he said his name is Martin.. I just want to say thank you for your patience and your professionalism.. It was truly appreciated..

Everyone here is always very helpful, but they were especially so during my visit this morning. This location was out of a certain card stock that I buy regularly at Staples because of the excellent quality. At the checkout, the cashier asked if I had found everything, and I told her about the card stock. She then radioed around the store and found me an open one in Copy & Print which I was super happy to buy, since I couldn't take their offer to order one for delivery because I needed it today. Yay for the Watertown, NY Staples Store! I know it seems like a little thing to some, but for me it really made my day SO much easier :)
