I was promised an old promotion and now stuck with a 800 bill due to untrained employees. The manger did try to help for a month but I pcs and T-Mobile says they gotta pay and nothing as of yet. It’s been five months.

i absolutely can recommend t-mobile especially THIS t-mobile to everyone i know. Nathan helped me upgrade my line plus get airpods & an apple watch with no hassle. He took his time with helping me. we laughed a lot which made the experience 1000x better. customer service was excellent even when the customer service number from t-mobile was not. Appreciate nathan so much!!

Went there today to look into getting home high speed internet and Damien helped me. Couldn’t have been a nicer or more helpful guy. Overall it was a great experience and so far our home internet is working fantastically. 10/10 will recommend this store and specifically Damien. Give that man a raise!

READ EDIT BELOW.... STORE DID NOTHING TO HELP.....I get that you have commission goals, but adding unnecessary charges just to get a sale is unprofessional and absolutely NOT ok! ESPECIALLY to a member of active military!!! That's bad business when there was LITERALLY a better option that would've gotten you that sale AND would've BENEFITED you BOTH! ??♂️ I can't even. Due to this negligence to fully audit the account and see the best options, you instead, had dollar signs in your eyes and ignored the fact that there was NO promotion for the device without a trade in and decided to do a rate plan change and added a free line! Are you kidding me?! Yes the line is free, but Go5g+ is MORE expensive and now there's no option to opt-out and keep the grandfathered plan.Story time:My nephew, who is active military, went in to just upgrade his wife's phone. He was on a grandfathered plan because it was saving him money and he had some hardships and the plan he was on was helping with that. They weren't eligible for trade in regardless if they added a line or not and they couldn't add a line on the account to a grandfathered plan. Instead of just upgrading the phone, because they were gonna be financing regular price anyway, they talked him into a rate plan change and an added free line for no reason other than to benefit commission!!! That is completely disgusting and I know for a fact that not all Tmobiles do that to their valued customers! I've witnessed employees in different stores fixing other stores messes, and I was just paying my bill!!! This makes Tmobile look bad and this store should be ashamed of the pain that this has caused. I wouldn't touch that store with a 10ft pole if that's what they do to their customers, just to get an extra sale and screw the customer over.If you had a good experience, cool, I'm happy for you, but whomever helped you needs to train the incompetent.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE UNTIL THEY REDEEM THEMSELVES.And of course try and make yourself look good on Google to only tell my nephew to CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE HIMSELF?! That is foul. You should've called for him to get it rectified. They did nothing to help him. He got it done out of state!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY STORE!!!!!

Outstanding service from Nate and Nick, they are legitimately helping people save money. I have not seen this type of service for a while. I fully recommend to come see this guys if you what to save on new phones.

They always hound you for money there service stinks and they text you a week ahead of time for you to pay your bill when my devices are payed for I am leaving them and I owne my own business and they interrupted my service

We went to sign up with T-Mobil. Seth was nothing short of amazing. He answered all our questions making certain we knew what we were doing.A few days later we had more questions and Seth again helped.Store is immaculate.

Ordered screen protectors for four devices. Waited for horrible customer service which proved to be useless. It's been over a month and I have yet to receive my screen protectors.Edit: after purchasing four devices I expected a little better from the store owner.

Honestly if there was a negative star I would give it to them. Me and my family have had T-Mobile for roughly 15 years, and I've never had a bad experience like this. First off it says 10am on the website for Sunday clearly that's wrong. than some guy came out and told me to go to geek squad. Which I did and they ran a diagnosis and all that good stuff. I knew what was wrong already since its not the first time. So I take it back to T-Mobile once they opened. Here where the fun begins. An employee comes to and askes me questions and goes your going to have go to Apple Care. I told him I don't have apple care and that they will try to charge me 700 bucks. On top of that I just got the phone for maybe 2 months not even through there warranty. Clearly he did not know what he was doing. Avoid him, I can not recall his name, but he had a beard. Than the manager Christian comes out and askes me questions, I told him that geek squad said there is no point of updating because the E-Sim is bad ETC. So they go lets try Factory Resetting , okay sure why not. Who knows It may work right? Guess what! It did not, so now I completely can not use my phone now. They told me I have to update it and go home and do it. I go what if that does not work. They go use someone else phone we can not help! Are you kidding me? Why would you not update the phone if that was not the case, if I knew what I was doing I would of never came in. So now I can not use my phone at all to even call phone services, and I feel like not wasting time, gas or energy at a store that "can not do anything." On top they told I have to get a new phone when they gave me a messed up phone to begin with. On top they want me to go to apple which is an hour and half drive for them to tell me It's a 700 dollar fix when I should not have to be paying for a bad phone I got. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS STORE!
