Ray’s and its truck were good equipment and clean. The online pickup and drop off service was full of bugs and lack of information. It was horrible the woman who called people to verify my identity was rude. The app crashed multiple times when trying tie return the truck and was extremely difficult

Customer Service sucks.They overcharge, and dont give u a printout of Services you pay for. Never had a problem with U Haul bevore,just don't go to this location.
