VERY EXPENSIVE!!! Picked up a vehicle on 9/9/24 from their location on NYS-37 that had been towed there on 9/8/24. The vehicle had been there for less than 20 hours and cost $350 plus a credit card fee of 12 bucks. That's absolutely insane, were talking car playment money here, for a tow and a few hours storage. Definitely seems like they charge more when the Law is involved, or if there able to take advantage of the situation and rake you over the coals. 👍🏾

I can’t say enough about this crew. We blew an outer bearing on our 37’ fifth wheel that pinned the inner body of the bearing to the spindle. I thought I’d need a tow and these guys went and got me a whole new brake hub and bearing set , cut the jammed one off and had us on the road in no time. Friendly , polite, knowledgeable and a great sense of humour. Thanks again guys

Terrible customer service, threaten you with a guard dog and will try to refund you to take your stuff out of your own car, also have no respect for your property with just throw you car around the lot causing more damage.

Long story short, our car was stranded in Canada, just across the border. AAA wouldn't help us. CAA (Canada's AAA) wouldn't help us. Kia roadside assistance wouldn't help us. USAA roadside assistance wouldn't help us. The only tow company that was willing to come up to the border was Van Tassel Towing. Mr Rick was so kind, so timely, and professional. I had talked to the Canadian border patrol to tell them our situation so they were expecting a tow truck to cross the border and it worked out so smoothly. I wish I had known about Van Tassel Towing before. I will recommend them over and over again. Please support local business, and get reimbursed by USAA after.

This guy is the absolute BEST. We had seven pieces of large equipment to move onto a moving truck. Guys we called the day before did not answer/show up so we called these guys and they came the next morning. I can not recommend these guys enough. Extremely professional and handled every piece of equipment with the greatest care. Thank you so much. You are a life saver!

I had an accident early morning 4th of july. I was 219 miles from home with no way of getting back. I was pretty much screwed and freaking out. The owner went way way above and beyond for me. Our sail boat trailer shredded its bearing and the brake drum broke. We were stuck on the side of 81 and they came right out and towed us to their yard boat and all and let us stay there until we could get repairs. They knew what they were doing and took very good care of our boat and trailerService: Special vehicle towing
