Visited the Verizon store at Salmon Run mall to upgrade my phone. After a short wait, I was called up by a salesperson and he was arrogant, dismissive, and lied. After nearly 10 years as a Verizon customer, we will be taking our business to another provider. The other cell phone providers should pay this young man a commission. We have been asked for years to switch providers but after dealing with this young man for a short time he convinced us Verizon was not the company we should do business with.

If I could offer 0 stars I would. Let's start by saying I've never been more mortified of a humans actions than I was with the employees of Verizon Wireless at the Salmon Run Mall than I was on 2/19/22 at roughly 11:30am. This includes the Manager, Aaron. Saturday morning around 11:30am ish, we were in the store looking at iPads dealing with a female salesman when we observed & overheard the manager (Aaron) & several employees (Kevin) berate an elderly man & a younger man. The two men were sitting patiently at one of the bamboo tables when we arrived. Something must of happened when the young man approached the manager asking to speak with him. The entire scene was pretty horrific & Kevin along with another bearded employee were very aggressive & circled around the younger man almost immediately like a pack of dogs when he walked over to the the manger near the entrance. All of the Verizon male employees including a 4th male employee went out of there way to be extremely confrontational & unprofessional to these two men. Clearly a lack of customer service & behavioral issues exists within their salesman. We clearly heard the young man ask for a regional manager or district manager to what the manager responded very arrogantly "we don't have one right now" which my wife & I thought was a very odd response. About 30 seconds later the Verizon employees ruined it for anyone in the store & we all left. We did notice that both the older man & younger man appeared very reasonable during & even after when we went out of our way to ask if they were ok. We saw them in the mall at the other end.....They told us in full detail of their situation but we won't skew our review, strictly facts. Observations we saw/heard first hand: 1. Aaron verbalized he was the manager would "throw them both out" & "call the sheriffs if they didn't leave his store." The two men did leave about a minute before us. 2. Aaron state "we don't need their business" after the two men left the store within earshot of customers as we left 3. Kevin step toward the younger man asking if he wanted to "say something" or "do something" 4. Another bald bearded employee step toward the young man as he was leaving, we can only assume in an attempt to brush into him & cause a larger scene. 5. All four male employees verbalize several expletives toward the two men within earshot of customers within the store. 6. All four employees continued verbalizing & demeaning the two men after they were asked to leave the store & in front of other customers. They even began talking about "getting physical" with the two men. 7. One employee stated they work between the local store on Arsenal Street to the two men, so "good luck" getting what you need know. Very appalling behavior to say the least. We told the two men to file a complaint as we will as well. Kevin & the two other male employees should be reprimanded if not fired for their careless disregard for the general safety of the public with their reckless behavior. Aaron if he is in fact the manager should be absolutely fired for his incompetence & lack of managerial qualities required to deal with the general public. We will pray for these 4 men tonight & all future nights. I urge you to go anywhere but this Salmon Run Mall Verizon location.

If they would pick up the phone, maybe I'd give them some business; but after 30 minutes I gave up.

My brother came here after buying a brand new phone from Verizon. He was having trouble activating the phone. He received horrible service from a rude employee. He is an Army Infantryman and was in uniform. He doesn’t deserve special service due to him being in uniform. But he does deserve as much respect as anyone else. Very easy to educate consumers without being rude, condescending, and malicious. There is no need for that kind of unprofessional behavior.

The service is very good at this location. Staff are polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. I tend to be poor with technology and the rep, Mark G., was very patient and accommodating.
