“Horrible help had an appointment set up throught email for 930 am and had to get rides set up due to medical treatments and this was set up in the morning then 8pm that night through auto email they changed it wilthout telling to 11 am and when i called to say that i needed earlier i already set up rides they were rude and said its on me because they messed up. s”

“This is the only vet I've been to where the vet listens to my concerns and explains things coherently without me having to Google 90 million things when we get home. There was no hesitation at all when I called and asked to be seen today because my dog had a really bad seizure, the worst he's ever had. There was no hesitation when I told them that I was terrified that something was horribly wrong. They got me an appointment within 2 hours, no emergency fee, just genuine kindness from all the staff I saw.”

“I want to start by saying the Vet Tech and the Vet were both fantastic. They were professional, had good customer service skills, and were efficient. The vaccines themselves were approximately double what our regular Vet charges. However, we didn’t mind because it was about the convenience of being able to get in now and our Vet was booking into next year.
Now the Disappointing part…
The girl that checked us in left so much to be desired. She was rude, she used a spammer upsell voice when talking about pricing, she lied, she obviously cant add, she told us personal information about her own job, and wasn’t professional in the least. It was extremely obvious that she was either new or very poorly trained. First she tried telling me that she could only sell vaccines as a package. When i told her that my Vet had told me the specific ones to get then she still tried getting me to combine them with additional ones. When I finally got her to do just the three I needed she told me it was my fault and that I asked for a package deal. When I absolutely didn’t! She also told us that she had a “Cushy” job because the company is crazy and they pay for her to come from Rochester. They give her a car to drive and pay for all food and lodging needed. She was over all one of the most in your face, unprofessional people we’ve ever encountered. If we use the service again we will definitely check to see if she is checking us in and would most likely walk away if she is. She absolutely made a poor representation of your companies professionalism!”
